According to my ears, the first part has got something similar to I Talk To The Wind by King Crimson... Anyway this is so great! It's exactly what I need. I'm going to buy this lp one of these days.
As I listen to the haunting sounds of this most beautiful track, I drift into my past. I smell the grass outside the tent in a field I shared last night with thousands of people that danced and sang the night into morning just being themselves, re-living the delights of yesterdays concert that still rings in our ears. I blink at the sun that invades my tent and welcomes me to the day I drink Musli tea and always I smile, simply to repay the hundred smiles I now I will get from all I meet.
Good to have put part 1 and 2 together... John Hackett is an excellent flautist!... A bit in the same vein as Jimmy Hastings ( cousin of Pye Hastings of Caravan) ... Funny how relatives of the main "star" in a band or solo musician can be so underrated, sometimes, when involved in the same project!... ;-)
Fantastic song.

I'm glad that I am not the only nerd who hears Legeng of Zelda in this song.

A masterpiece by Steve Hackett, which I used to listen to from a vinyl album since 1979-80. Thanks.

Yes, a great upload indeed. Hackett always comes though with his classic eerie and totally unearthy style. Great album and outstanding songs!!

I hear that...sounds like something Kevin (Owen Wilson's character) would have said in "Meet the Parents".
