  • I actually can't wait to be at this sort of level, I just learned twisted grip handspring but I'm really struggling with shoulder mount, I don't have the muscles for it D: I really love the holly drop, think I'll have to work on my cupid a little more to get that though!

  • cant believe ive just seen this video. ive just learnt the shouldermount flip myself, and it wasnt as scary as i thought it was going to be actually. holly drop is way cool and im looking forward to learning this one day...maybe see you do one live if you come to the uk ? xxx

  • what are you putting on your hands to grip???

  • excellent vid! i must try the holly drop form the knee hold. Yours look incredible!!

  • Merci de partager ceci! I love to watch your videos!

  • ur awsome chicki, ive done so much so fast cos of u <3!!!

  • I second that. I teach PDF, so you tube is/has been my teacher. Any tutorials you could put together (I know your busy) on drops would be spectacular

  • hi chloe...

i see that youre in nashville.. ill be there teaching workshops on feb 6th. If you would like a private lesson while im in town at your studio, or if you would like to set up a workshop for your studio let me know!!

  • It will be such an honor to have you as a guest at Goddess-a- Gogo. Thank you for all of your hard work posting vidios, responding on a regular basis, and traveling to reach pole dancers across the country. You are an inspiration to all of us :) See you in February!

  • i emailed goddess a gogo, waiting for a response..

  • @REDKE71

I'll shoot Elizabeth, the owner, a text. We talked last night and she shaid she definitely wants to set something up.

  • hey karol! whenever you get some time, could you do a tutorial for your holly drop?

    gracias!

  • nice work lots of awesome new tricks :) !

  • Do you have a baby now? it looks like there is a crib in the video.

  • haha, nope, thats the footboard of my bed...

  • What's the song at 2:30?

  • the time is now, by moloko

  • hey redke what s the name of the song at 2:30 like it hot

  • the time is now by moloko

  • i hun, skitzy here again, another fab video chick. your so inspiring. is there any advice you could give me on ding the cartwheel mount? having problems getting up there. im doing really well, had my pole 2weeks now, covered in bruises, but got the inverted crucifix. and a few others. any tips for me huni? keepup the great work babes

  • if youve only had your pole for 2 wks and are just now getting the inverted crucifix, then you shouldnt be even attempting the cartwheel mount yet. take your time and learn the moves in order... youll eventually get stronger and then youll be able to try more advanced tricks..

  • Brilliant! Loved all the music in this vid!

  • thanks girl!!

  • wow.. you're an excellent..

  • if you ever make an instructional video please let me know you are very talented and i love the unique moves very inspiring!

  • ill definately be making some instructional videos once i find an affordable studio space...!! thanks!

  • amazing!!!! any advice on the holly drop?

  • when i have some time ill try to do a tutorial.. its a hard one to explain..

  • lol thanks!!

  • This is clearly impressive. You are a great dancer who puts in a lot of hard work so that the final result is great! Well done buddy!

  • thanks paul!!

  • thanks girl!

  • AMAZING WORK!! I've only ever seen the first part of your Holly Drop before and I heard it called the Death Drop. So to add the extra transition to scorpio makes it just amazing! Well done, a full five stars from me :o)

PS. I love how you add the training parts as well as the polished product. I see so may of my own mistakes there and it helps to see that someone as awesome as you still needs to practice a few times before getting it right.

  • Thanks for the comment, glad you enjoyed it!! =)

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE the Holly drop! I haven't quite figured out all that is going on in it yet. I can't wait for the tutorial! Great job as always!

  • thanks alot..!

  • The holly drop is my friend's new years resolution. How did you come up with this move, and would you give us a tutorial? You're AMAZING!

  • when im more confident with the move ill try to post a tutorial. Thanks for the comment..!

  • ty pia..!

  • I heard Moloko!! ~ Isn't that one of the hottest songs ever!? I love it! lol! It's been on my Mysp profile forever.

  • lol galfriday, yes it IS a great song..

  • Really cool drop stuff....Your amazing on the multi-directional mounts. It's really hard to make your body "understand" on the other side - lol - and who cares if you kick on the twisted grip?? You DO it, the rest of us (or me anyway) just trying....

  • thanks newschik, glad you enjoyed it! Keep working on it, youll get it!!!

  • ooh she wants revenge, such an inspirational song. You've accomplished to look graceful with the twisted like you wanted.

what do you use for a better grip?

  • thanks, i love them...

  • Random question.. I saw you put something on your hands to help your grip right? My hands get really slick.. was that chalk or something else??? And where can I get some?

    -Shelly

  • Hey shelly, in the vid, youre actually seeing me wave my hands in front of the fan i have in the corner... there are grip products that you can use, but nothing is going to help you grip a cold pole, you have to get it warmed up first!!

  • Awesome video as always. Just wondering if that was chalk you used in the video or something else? For some reason my xpole is super slippy (even after cleaning)!

  • actually in the vid, im waving my hands in front of the fan in the corner. I used a rosin bag when my hands get sweaty. But all the grip products in the world wont do any good on a cold pole, so make sure you warm it up!!

  • Hooray! i was wondering if anyone else would try that flip! i can't wait to get it! GREAT JOB! YOU ROCK!

  • Thanks hardcorecheer!!

  • That's impressive stuff chick...go you! Well done. :)x

  • ty lorna!

  • That was awesome watching you work out dancing. I can not wait to see more. You made my night. God bless you and your family.

  • thanks joe, glad you liked it!

  • P.s. not that i wasn't looking at all the cray flips and falls (holly drop is amazzzing)!!.... but did you just get a dog? and is that a capri sun i spot?

  • had the dog for a while, or i should say my husband has. Hes' been an 'outside' dog all his life and after too many cold winters of feeling sorry for him, and the hubby taking no initiative to give him the attention that he needs, i finally brought him inside permanently. Its hard because he's been so deprived of attention and discipline so hes just so clueless. But he's really behaving well and hasnt had any major accidents or destructive tendancies. He's even starting to recognize commands

  • You are InSane!! ; )

    haha much love xo

  • lol, thanks alethea..

  • Yeah, that lefty thing is really strange to look at. Funny how you don't notice stuff until it changes!--I kept looking at your upper hand and thinking, what the heck--it's backwards, or something! You aced it at 3:08 and 3:19--smooth as silk, both those attempts! Love the Holly fall as it seems, for a fraction of a second, to slide into and right by the Eros while going from split knee to the invert. It's a great combo! BTW, I was thinking about getting a PANDORA streamer box for XMAS!

  • Whats the streamer box? Glad you enjoyed the video!! =)

  • AWESOME work as always KArol! Love the holly drop, reminds me of those Mallakhamb vids.5 stars!!!

  • lol loulou, yes, now that you say that it kinda DOES remind me of those vids!! ty! xoxox

  • Looks awesome Karol

  • ty much!

  • heyy Not yet...I'm still saving. I have about half the money I think. I'm looking at a xpole on ebay. But if I'm not able to get that, the lady that sells them from Hussy said she would help me out if she has more xpoles. I'll be pole dancing soon! I'm so excited :)

  • kool... im sure youll love it!!

  • The cartwheel looks fun. The trick will be doing it in heels! The Holly Drop is pretty cool looking.

  • Webstwe, its not that hard in heels. Just try and controll your landing as much as you can with your arms and remember to land on your ball of your foot, where the platform of the heel is, not the back of the heel. good luck.

  • I always though she did have nice arms, I am lifting weights to build my arm muscles up, but they are just feeling weaker!!! When you climb up sideways do you get a bunch of bruises o your legs? Doesn't that one bone the shin just kill you when you climb, or is that just me? I usually have to wear protective boots to climb up sideways b.c. with bare skin like you are using just hurts to much!

  • If your skin pinches, squeeze tighter, it sounds silly, but it means you'd be holding on more with your muscles and less with your skin. Also, the bruising will lessen as your body gets used to gripping metal with the back of your knee, inside of your thigh, etc. Cheers!

  • ty Angel

  • Hey Merry, keep up the weight training that you are doing. As for the side climb, yes, it does hurt the side of the shin. But the more you practice and do the move, the less it will bruise and hurt. Just remember the pain is only temporary.

  • fantastic work!!! i so wanna do the twisted grip handspring but am a lefty and just cant get the grip right grrrrrr!! You make it look so easy :o)

  • im a righty, but for some odd reason im better at the twisted grip with my left on top.. idk

  • wow that top gratulation

  • ty lorenzia

  • Did you see Joy do it on here in one of her videos? SICK!! You did awesome as well! The fact that you can lift yourself up is amazing. Do you need to have strong abs for that?

  • yes, thats where i got this move. She makes it look so easy and its totally NOT!

  • The lift proves to be the hardest part, I have tried.....u have some kick ass abs!! I can see in your handsprings, like myself it is almost comfortable to do anymore. Lefty is too hard for me yet though - GREAT WORK!!!

  • thanks, your abs are pretty nice too!! At the beginning of your newest vid i could see them popping out! thanks for the comment!

  • your awesome!

  • ty!

  • cool. I was doing twisted grip last week and did full flip on accident and was like awesome. And started doing it as a move. Try that one next. Twisted grip flip. I'll post video soon. Also, i've been doing twisted grip from pole climb, no feet on floor.

  • hey allure. dunno if i follow what you mean, ill have to see it! Definately send me the video when you post it!!!

  • lol it happens sometimes..!!

  • lol thanks.

  • I view you, some how, as a super hero on the pole lol. You? Scared of anything? Poppycock! You did great as always!! =D

  • hahaha, janny, i was scared as hell when i did the shoulder mount flip for the first few times, and the cartwheel flip is still scarey even though i got it..!!

    thanks for watchin!!

  • I'm almost there on that twisted grip handspring, but can't get the others yet... possibly cos that was the way I managed to shatter a toe over a year ago, I can see why you wear trainers for the flip over, think I'd damage something on the landing hahahaha.

Yet another great vid from you, just love the last combo!!! It's awesome hon :-)

... I've only just got princess into butterfly, it's only cos I can't climb then invert!... I suck! must try this one....

  • Keep trying ange.. ive jammed a toe or two practicing in socks or barefoot. im thinking trying any of the flip moves in heels would be a catastrophe... keep practicing and youll reach your goals!

  • I love that Holly Drop move. I saw Tattoo Holly video and love her style too. You are one of the best pole dancers on here hands down :)

  • Thanks samantha, im flattered!! Did you get your pole yet??

  • great job!

i took some classes in December, only know basic stuff but i want a pole in my house so bad now so i can practice and do some of these awesome moves!

  • thanks xlovex.. good luck with your pole dancing!!

  • Super cute! Great job!

  • thanks..!

  • Awesome new moves there, Karol! I LOVE Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes, and the new drop looks scary! One of these days I'll get up the courage to try them. I just got the twisted grip handspring yesterday (finally went and tried the damn thing) and boy am I sore!!

  • Hey Allie, the Motorcycle tune is a great one. I enjoy the 'chill out remix'.. =) Congrats on the twisted grip, i was very sore after the first time trying that one too..! Hope youre doing great! Happy New Year!

  • Happy New Year Redke! Wow!! I am so jealous!! I don't arrive the overhand ( sometimes I arrive but beginning by frontward handspring) and not not the holly drop!! You are amazing... like always!! Big kisses at your dog!!

  • Thanks Lune! I dont think im brave enough to try the overhand grip on a forward handspring!! That seems hard! Thanks for your comment!! Happy new year!!

  • happy new year and great vid. Brilliant kick ass moves. Like you Holly Drop too - fearless!

    xxx

  • thanks weetrixi! happy new year to you too!

  • 'FLIPPIN' HECK! Those flips were fab!! You are wicked!! I shall now set about worshipping your left side lady!! haha I aint even gonna attempt any lefty handsprings haha not yet anyway ;-)I am so grateful for all your videos you teach me loads :-)

  • LOL, thanks Angie. Fleur has been my inspiration to try and do things on both sides.. i wont lie, it was scary as hell doing it with my left as the dominant hand, felt like i had never done a handspring before! lol Keep up the great work! =)

  • i love always how you tape the practicing.... I wanna do the twisted grip kick. I fear i will break my head, should i get a spotter first or grow some balls?!!!! j/p.... u r awesome as usual!!!!! thanks for your vids they help me see hand placements ...

  • hey marcy, are you able to do the regular handsprings?? If so, then give it a try. If you havent tackled the handprings yet then get those down and THEN try the twisted grip.. good luck lady, thanks for watching!

  • I was going to ask if the last move was from the tattoo Hollie video but I see you answered that already ;) So jealous of your handsprings, you're doing great!

  • Yes, thats why i decided to call it the Holly Drop. (didnt realize i spelled her name wrong until the video was uploaded) It looks really dramatic and dangerous, so i had to tackle it!! Thanks for the comment!!

  • Wow i love the cartwheel flip and well done on the shoulder mount flip. The holly drop is awesome why is is called the holly drop?

    Great work hun:)

  • Thanks Lilly! I decided to name it after the person i snagged it from.. check out 'tatoo hollie' pole video in my faves.. she does it around 1:00ish.

  • I am always fascinated watching experienced poleys practice, it's awesome and shows how much work goes into the final result of a complete move. The new Holly Drop looks sooo scary, how do you think these things up?!?!? :o)

  • The Holly Drop was inspired by the "tatoo holly" video in my faveorites..! I had been eyeing the move for a while and finally decided to give it a go! Thanks for watching!

  • First of all HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Your full cartwheel is amazing, so is the other stuff!! Have you ever seen anyone lifting up in the twisted hand grip? As far as I can recollect, it was some gymnast guy... let me know which video inspired you (if it was a video :)). When I do the shoulder mount flip i usually hurt my ear... why is that??? (it is not big :))) xxxxx

  • hi liza, thanks for the comment. i sent you a message with some video links..!!

  • your freakin good

  • thanks for your comment MR..

  • Thanks for the breakdown on the different handsprings. At least I know what all they are called now. Your holly drop is sweet. LOL you could say, Your the queen of the droppings!

  • hahaha! thanks sweet!

  • You absolutely have the best handspring I have ever seen. You are my hero.

  • thanks alesandra!! glad youre a fan!

  • Awesome job on the handsprings and shoulder flip! The 'Holly Fall' is sweet...did you come up with that? Great music too..I've been listening to those songs for about the past month or so hehe. I love 'as the rush comes' and 'i want you to' by si*se at 3:26 =)

  • thanks metallichik..! check my faves for the tattoo hollie pole vid and youll see where i got the fall, figured id name it after the creator.. =) (even though i spelled it wrong..)

Both of those songs kick ass.. i just found si*se like last week sometime on my internet radio channel on pandora radio.. =) i wanna do a full dance to one of them soon!!

  • Sweet! I'll check out that vid andI love Pandora Radio =)

  • send me your email and ill faveorite you or add you or whatever feature it is that they have there..! message it to me.

  • great work, love the holly drop, that looks really cool. your full cartwheels rock too - so much for me to try but i just don't think i am there yet, thanks for posting!

  • thanks peterthecat! hope u have a great new year!!

  • Good job! You got the twisted grip down now. you know i noticed you tend to have a drink sitting in front of the camera this time i wanna say its a capri sun lol

  • ty stripperboy..yes, its a capri sun!! lol

  • omg great stuff! ur always amazing tho! u do those drops sooooo fast its crazy! luve the cartwheel and flip on the pole those moves are SCARY 4 sure!

  • thanks sactown!!

  • OK,i lied the Holly Drop is insane! How did you ever practice that! Great job!

  • i started very slowly..

  • Please tell me what you are rubbing on your hands, and how much it helps. :) I've never used anything on my hands, and am thinking about trying it. Your holly drop is awsome!

  • lol, im rubbing them in front of the fan i have in the corner there.

  • The holly fall looks really neat.

  • Thanks pop!!

  • wow holy crap that was amazing well done missy im so jelous of u ur amazing busting out the fab moves xxx

  • thanks girl.. hope the fingers are doing ok.. =)

  • hate to say it, but i always liked the way u kick up into your handsprings, i find it very graceful coming from u, you do it well, so i'd be sorry to see that go, lol, its like it's done for 'looks' & not for any help quite honestly & OUCH, my shoulder is hurtin watchin that lift, does it hurt the socket at all? ok, lemme keep goin here & watch more:) great job using opposite hands, woo hoo! great cartwheel i can round off but am afraid of goin slow to cartwheel, i will hit my legs (2becont)

  • your ballsy girl without a mat. hubby got me everything i wanted for christmas BUT THE DAMN MAT can u believe that s&it, lol, guess he wants my life insurance policy, hehe, ok lemme finish up watchin. WOW, how is that no handed cupid w/ sneakers on? is it worse or better then bare feet, i never tried sneakers on pole, but that was hot, and cool drop. did a girl named holly show you that or is that a name u came up with? 2 be cont

  • it was fierce. that's a very interesting fall from that particular move, bet you can't say you fell into that 1, at least i HOPE NOT, lol but your in 1 piece and looking fab, 10 stars!! PS- BTW i know you have been waitin for that pole flip, GO GIRL, IT LOOKED AWESOME!! so proud of ya. extra stars for that if only i could add more...20 if i could:)

  • Thanks shelly, what you didnt see in the video was the 20 tries before it to make sure i had the motion of the 'fall' down and the catch exactly right! I dont know if sneakers are better than bare feet, ive never danced barefoot, but i would get that they are since the soles of tennis shoes are usually rubber. Im calling it holly drop b/c thats the only chick ive seen do it. "tatooed holly" in my faves if you wanna see it. have a great weekend..!

  • wow, thanks for the compliment, idk about THE best, but id like to think ONE OF the best..! =)

  • All I can say is WoW!

  • thanks! im psyched about the shoulder mount flip and the holly drop.. =D

  • your awesome! i meant to thank you for answering all of my questions :) i noticed you have a 45mm x-pole and my boyfriend got me the 50mm, i was wondering if there is a reason you have a preference towards the smaller pole, or if you believe one is better than the other, thanks so much for your time xoxo ~jess~

  • The one i practice on is the 50mm. Its actually the one i use in every video ive posted. I HAVE a 45mm but i only use it when i travel and want to take it with me... The difference is so slight that it doesnt make a very noticable difference. Good luck with your pole dancing!!

  • The song at 1:36 is one of my favorites! I've been planning to dance to it for a while :)As the rush comes is a good one too. Loved your happy dance at 3:35, so cute. There is just too much awesome stuff in here to outline it all! The cartwheel flips looks so scary! It's weird too how the less practiced side can feel so awkward! Holly drop looks really cool :) So so great as usual!!!!

  • Yeah, i found the Moloko song when i was listening to my online radio station, it made my ears perk up so i had to download it. Its been on my playlist since... The chill mix of as the rush comes is really kick ass too! Thanks for the comment, hope you have a great weekend!
