  • I play the Tuba in the West Virginia Youth Symphony Orchestra (I'm 14), and you are very good. I like the tone of your horn. I am getting ready to buy a 8,000 dollar Silver CC Tuba.

  • lol i play suprise symphony on my recorder at school too ;D but i lost the sheet XD

  • some dude playing my solo 4 my cncert tomorow l0l

  • I noticed you were messing with your slide don't know why to be honest but I liked it's a tad muddy but I enjoyed it...tuba does tend to do that...I have the same problem sometimes when playing low notes fast

  • He's moving that slide in order to tune notes that are naturally sharp on the tuba.

  • i play this on my recorder at school

  • me too!

  • were do you go to at school?

  • not bad...the tuba isnt that good though and try not to puff your cheeks on the low notes. Some of the fast notes were blatty. Keep it up

  • What kinda tuba is that?

  • Hirsbrunner 6/4 Grand Orchestral CC tuba. The "Yorkbrunner".

  • Nice, i want a 6/4 CC tuba :D

  • haha! thats good!

  • I remember hearing a story once about the legendary tuba player of the Chicago Symphony (this would have been in the 1950s or 1960s) playing as a gag the Haydn Trumpet Concerto on the tuba. Perhaps your next project!

  • That would have been the late, great Arnold Jacobs.

  • Lol, just silence and then a sudden blast would have been appropriate too XD

  • dats okay u need more practice to get on my level

  • I hope someday (with practice) I'll be able to speak and spell as well as you, lyttles!
