@ThatMuchacha If you look closely, it looks like a white male maybe middle-aged or older, with glasses. The "glowing eyes" are either just the eyes of the person themself (watch any 'ghost hunter' program on tv and you'll see that all people's eyes 'glow' under a night vision camera) or he is wearing glasses. It's probably some homeless guy taking a crap in the woods and they startled him. He looked their way, and they ran. The full video is on youtube...
