THIS. Kitteh, this video is incredible. You have such a talent for bring such emotion out with your clip and subtle editing choices. I /love/ the blur effects you used, and the simple, sort of 'wash' transition between the clips. His best friend and got really close, and we pulled each other through our sorrows and are now dating...this just is a beautiful video of what he did for me, he pulled me away from an all consuming darkness that was pulling me away from the real world.

I had tears in my eyes aboutt to run down my face when I watched this. I lost my dog 3 weeks ago, and thinking about it while listening to the song and reading the words, made me think that if my dog would've gotten up, she would still be here for just awhile longer for me to try and prepare myself for her passing, but since she didnt get up, we had to let her go. Very beautiful Kitt.

I am a loss for words to describe my feelings...

The colors are fantastic, especially the blue-blur fades (0:58 is a good example) and how the clips faded from the blue/yellow blue to color then black and white and then to a sepia. I also really love the black texture (gradient map? Edited pre-made border thing from the same tab as the texts in SV? Brilliant.)

The message itself was amazing...

I loved the fact that u looked beyond the usual amv editing and presented ur point and gave the meaning to the clips :3 I completely agree on the message and the way u showed it was breath-taking, the clips fitted the words so perfectly, the instrumental added the rhythm and created the atmosphere, the fadings worked really well and overall the idea was fantastic

i don't know how many times i've retyped this comment, it never comes out sounding right. this is beautiful, and haunting, and sweeping, and raw. the last one almost painfully so, but there's always been that edge of stark nakedness to the things you make and it goes straight into my core. /thinking/ of this gives me the shivers. I don't know what it is. words and images and memories and stories woven into a warm, heavy blanket of emotion that's impossible to let go of. It feels so surreal.
