I have tried this for months, and while it did not "shrink" my undereye bags, it strangely enough lightened my skin. I am from India and due to my age the under eye bags are quite dark. Strange!

Its the cortisone that shrinks the bags not the shark oil. I just used a tube 2 nights ago without those ingrediants and my eye bags shrunk 1/4 their size using Prep. H. I highly "recdomend" it (ha ha). Do a skin test first though, and don't put it in your eye. Through massive research, I've yet to find a real problem, only slanderous comments by those who've not tried it. Well "why don't they make an eyecream with hemerrhoid cream if its so good? They do smart guy and it's really expensive.

@gypsiesdoitbetter You are wrong too. You have to buy the Prep H with Biodyne which you can't get in the USA. I had to buy mine in Canada online. That's what gets rid of wrinkles and bags. Cortisone doesn't shrink bags.

In 1995 the FDA forced Preparation-H to be reformulated to remove the ingredient that caused it to shrink tissue. So it no longer works for bags under the eyes.

Hemorrhoidal cream shouldn't be used for "under-eye puffiness." Since it's a derived from petroleum jelly, it's not water soluable, meaning that water will not wash it clean without soap. If you get it into your eyes (highly likely) your vision could be permanently damaged. Warmth from the skin will eventually melt the jelly, and it will get into your eyes. There are so many other awesome home-remedies, so DON'T USE PREPARATION H! I have a ton of them, and they work, and work well!

The cooling gel works the best, it's amazing. I am using it after my fiance dumped me and my eyes are definitely puffy before but the minute I put it on I feel like a new woman. You just need a small dab, too much and it will flake off. You can also put it in the fridge to make it extra cool and give you an added benefit.

VERY IMPORTANT: if you have a roomate, be sure to not leave it where they can get to it! You don't want to swear to yourself that there should have been MORE in the tube...when you are walking around with another's butt'germs smeared under your eyes. Butt-germs near your eyes is worse than cell phone radiation.

make sure you ask for it REAL LOUD!!! Believe me. everybody else will be ten times more embarassed than YOU if you do it this way. Also do not buy anything else BUT Prep H and make sure you set it right in the middle of the conveyor belt behind a lady with $2,000 worth of groceries so it will be hanging out on the belt for everybody to see. Fart a little while you wait.
