The first Ambulance didnt have its siren on because they dont want to alarm the patient inside the ambulance

@thebarrettgod could of had some seriously injured but they neeeded to take it slowly towards the hospital other than that i dont know

@EmergencyVehicleVids Nope, certain medical conditions mean that loud noises such as sirens can mean that the patient will deteriorate. If it was serious and they were working in the back they would use sirens but drive slowly and carefully.

@thebarrettgod it sometimes means that there at the place where somethink happen where the call was and they turn there sirens off when there arrive
