How do you earn the extra booster disk outfits without actually buying the booster disk? Is there any way?

Yeah, you have to have DOA Ultimate though, you also have to collect all 137 costumes in the game, either by playing through story mode, or playing survival mode and collecting the items to unlock all the costumes and the booster disk, which allows you to download the costumes onto DOA3.

Excellent vid, the only thing is your missing Zacks 4th costume, the metallic one which is unlocked in survival mode, which you get by defeating 20 people, other than the great.

i remember using an official xbox magazine demo disc that has doa3 demo on it and also had all of their costumes so whenever i wanted to play this game i noticed all of the characters had all of their costumes without beating the game or game modes. but that was long time ago for my original xbox.

@amuletdevil56 to unlock way more suits for doa 3 you need to have doa ultimate 2 and unlock all the costumes for it, i think it has 137 suits? anyways when u unlock all the suits u unlock a doa3 costume dlc

Play through the story mode and then go into survival and make a new highscore.. you will also have to call your name as: "EIN"

To unlock Hayabusa's 3rd costume,

*if you have the booster disk or it is 'J' CD not NTSC*

You need to defeat 20 opponents in tag survival with Hayabusa and Hayate.

these are all from the booster disc... if you don't have it, get DOAU for xbox, and unlock all the outfits for every character (story mode on very hard per costume) and when you unlock everything that way you have the extra DOA3 outfits-- it adds data to the game save.

I have DOA3 and I have a few of the extra outfits and they look nothing like those. Kasumi's 3rd looks way different then the one I have and there is no 4th for the one I have. Are you playing a different version of DOA3?

Yeah, these are the ones you get from the booster disk. There are some you can get from inside the game, like Kasumi's schoolgirl outfit (is that the 3rd one you have? XD) and Ein's 3rd costume. I hear there are other outfits they you can unlock through story mode after the booster disk is installed but idk if those are true.

sorry to bother you about this, but would you own Doa ultimate as well as Doa 3 save files on one MU or memory card? Cous if you do, could you tell me how to upload Doa ultimate costumes on too Doa 3 ?, for extra costumes. I have every characters unique items in my Doa ultimate collection from survival mode, so I also have all the costumes unlocked in Doa ultimate, I just cant seem to be able to upload them on Doa 3.

@banthapoodo I was busy sorry, I only have 1 Doa game actually I know alot about Doa cos I looked it up u can't add any costumes to Doa3 u can play Doau2's survival mode I think to unlock the costumes in 3. And some outfits get used multiple games which is y 1 costume is seen in another Doa game alot hope i helped and didn't confuse u.

I was gonna upload the same video, cuz I also unlocked all characters but...since you have done so..no need.

Also I think this is the old DOA3 version, the new one, you can press X to change the colour outfits. Like Leon's costume 3, you press X and it changes to gold.

Honestly I have no idea since i dont own an Xbox i only have a PC I use to play DOA2 using a Dreamcast emulator.

But as far as I know you get more costumes by completing the story mode with a character several times, or on certain difficulties. I look to it a an achievement and the unlockable prize.

First off, try completeing Helena's story mode on hard difficulty.

@david9871 It's because the character select screen seen in this video is in story mode and Ein in not playable in story mode. Ein however can be unlocked by completing story mode with all 16 characters seen here and he can be used in time attack, survival, versus, sparring, team battle, tag battle and watch modes. He is on the character select screen next to Ayane in all the modes I've just mentioned and there is a random select square underneath him which also isn't available in story mode.

@david9871 to get ein u have to use hayate in survival mode and i think u need to beat at least ten times and enter ur record name as ein
