FDA approved doesn't mean shit. Them guys have gotten so many things approved that really shouldn't be that i wouldnt believe anything they say. I don't use either but i would probably chose hydroxycut as its made by people that know what they are on about when it comes to fat loss, whereas Alli, is sold by the pharmecutical industry, so it probably will make you sicker and need you to take more meds ontop of this.

hydroxycut is good because it boosts your metabolism, and the caffeine in it is so you get more out of your cardio, and thats basically all it is.

the side affects are mainly due to the high amounts of caffeine. i believe its like 3 cups of coffee in one pill and u take 6 pills a day.

most novice people about dietary supplements think this pill burns fat.

once again the main thing about this is the high caffeine to help your muscles burn more calories.

all of you have lost weight not because of this products, but because youve been working out everyday and eating healthy, isnt that what happens when you do both of those things together. You lose weight and get muslce. these products are just making you think its working, but it is really you doing all the work, not the product.

the diet pills just lessens the time with diet and exercise. You are right, you are doing all the work, but the product helps you reach your goal faster. just like how gatorade helps replenish your electrolytes. I don't know if the product in this video works (because i reject any statistics from the product without refrences), but the ingredients in the pill looks promising.

Well it works for me, i lost 14 lbs in 4 wks. Just follow the recomended dosage, do cardio exercises and essential diet. On my 1st wk i felt minor side effects such more sweating and feels like having hypoglycemia meaning its working transforming fat cells to energy.On my 2nd wk felt nothing at all, I had more energy and less craving for food.. I had my blood test lately to check for liver damage but everything was just fine.

Yeah I would like to know the same thing. They have had 23 people with liver damage and 1 death out of the millions they have sold. Im very sure those 23 people did not follow the instructions or exceeded more pills a day than needed thinking it would be ok. What do you think?

I think that some physical facts, about the patients that have these side effects, should be released. Most likely they have taken to many doses, have not worked out at all and maybe they have also combined HC with something not so very healty. But most of all I think that Muscletech can now lover their prices on Nitro-tech and such when the brand has been damaged =)

Yes! In 5,5 weeks I had lost 18 pounds thanks to a good diet, HC and lots of weightlifting and cardio. However I had to break of my diet since I became a father 1,5 weeks ago =) Better luck next time, as they say!

i had another question for you buddy, what was your HC regime like? did you take some in the morning and before working out? or did you do it another way?

I usually took one dose in the morning and the other about 30 minutes prework-out. The mornings that I did morning-cardio on an "empty" stomach, I drank a strong cup of coffee just before. I think that coffee wakes you up, it kickstarts your metabolism and it just feels better to go for a jog or a walk with coffee in the stomach than a glass of water + three HC.

After I got back I took HC with breakfast. The first week that I took HC, I felt a bit dizzy, sweated floods at the gym and my pulse sometimes skyrocketed when I was jogging. However this sensation dissappeared after the first week and after that I felt like I was on nothing at all. Exept for one thin, I had more energy with less food. My bench and sholuderpresses dropped a little but my sqat and deadlifts improved. A bit of an essay for an answer, I apologize =)

It does not work. Do not fall for gimmicks , weight management / fitness is SIMPLE. Eat health and exercise regularly. The companies can even use same day photographs, none of the products have to be approved by the FDA, hydroxycut is banned in Canada because ephedrine is severely detrimental for your health.
