Lesnar only fought the best of the best in the UFC, he was one of only three people to defend the HW title twice and went 4-3 with Herring, Couture, Mir, Carwin, Velasquez and Overeem, he helped the UFC become mainstreem and in part helped them get the big Fox deal, (5 out of the 7 UFC PPV's that done over 1 million buys, Lesnar headlined) not bad for a 'fake wrestler' lol. (He was also the 2000 NCAA HW Champ, a 4 time All American with a 106 wins and 5 losses ! ). Good Luck Brock !.

He is still The Baddest Man On The Planet in my eyes, and there will never be anothe person to do what Brock Lesnar did in UFC with as little experiance he had and every fighter he faught were the strongest in the UFC. And I cryed when I herd he retired from the UFC, 2011 really suck for me with UFC because both Randy Counture and Brock Lesnar retire in the same year, and if Chael Sonnen is the next one to go I am done with the UFC FOREVER!

@djchucky I agree Brock's illness is the main factor he lost his last his last 2 fights. COmpares Brock'sperformance at UFC 100 to UFC 141. If BRock was healthy and in that same form when he faced Overeem, it would have been an evenly matched fight. Brockmay have still lost,but he would have made one helluva fight for sure.
@IHateRexRedBird Lesnar was never a fighter. He was a fantastic wrestler but he was never a fighter. When he actually fought 2 super elite fighters he looked like he didn't belong in the cage.
With the exception of one can in Japan, he jumped right in and fought the best the UFC had to offer, and won more than he lost. Love or hate the man, you gotta respect that. Enjoy your retirement Brock, thanks for all the great UFC/WWE moments.
Brock said that he was totally revived after his 2 illnesses but when a man gives you massive knees to the stomach after a stomach surgery and a serious illness there's nothing you can do even if you are healthy again. Brock was and will always be a huge inspiration for me and i don't care what people say for me he was the best fighter.I wish him and his family the best. Don't care much about Brock, he was a big draw for UFC and for ppl to get over it, he had some decent wins but too short to actually give him the respect as you would with what Fedor achieved all those years. His personality was shit, not gonna miss him there lot better HVW fighters who would come fight and put on a better show !

@4point6Chris Fedor beat pretty much every UFC champ till he came to strikeforce. People kept saying that he only fought cans and that Ronnie Coleman, Tim Sylvia, Andrei Arlovski were gonna beat him. Then it was Randy couture, who Dana White begged not to go and fight since he had the UFC belt, and then it was Brock Lesnar. There was always someone for Fedor to beat in order to "prove" himself. Of course age caught up to him.

@4point6Chris Agreed , most top guys from pride were former ufc ppl with losing records and they were 1 dimensional...."NOG" and CroCop were not very complex fighters, i think in a cage in the early 2000s ,couture would have done just fine against them,. i think Nog is actually a better fighter in the past 2 yrs than hes ever been....what made Pride appear better was the rules and the money they put into the pre show and they were richer at the time so they paid more....

Fedor has 2 wins (Almost 3 actually if it wasnt for that NC) over Noguera who has a win over Couture. Fedor has a win over crocop who has 3 wins over Josh Barnett who has a win over Randy.

@Smileypie11 he never took roids stop being so insecure. He gained 40 pound of muscle gradually over 3 years. If you eat enough and work out consistently you could gain 50 pounds of muscle in 18 months. You have to understand this is his career so hes also dedication all his time to it.

@djchucky I agree Brock's illness is the main factor he lost his last his last 2 fights. COmpares Brock'sperformance at UFC 100 to UFC 141. If BRock was healthy and in that same form when he faced Overeem, it would have been an evenly matched fight. Brockmay have still lost,but he would have made one helluva fight for sure.

Brock said that he was totally revived after his 2 illnesses but when a man gives you massive knees to the stomach after a stomach surgery and a serious illness there's nothing you can do even if you are healthy again. Brock was and will always be a huge inspiration for me and i don't care what people say for me he was the best fighter.I wish him and his family the best. And good luck for Alistair on his continuation of his carrier

Love him or hate him, Brock Lesnar is a legend, even if he fought after a year it was still something to look forward to. Lots of respect for brock, he had only wrestling experience before coming to ufc and dana white gave him the best people to fight, and he became the champ in his third UFC fight! Shogun was the UFC champion he fought the top competition in an unstable division, no one held on to the title more than 2 fights. @4point6Chris Agreed , most top guys from pride were former ufc ppl with losing records and they were 1 dimensional...."NOG" and CroCop were not very complex fighters, i think in a cage in the early 2000s ,couture would have done just fine against them,. i think Nog is actually a better fighter in the past 2 yrs than hes ever been....what made Pride appear better was the rules and the money they put into the pre show and they were richer at the time so they paid more....

@ARandomCanadian Couture wasnt from pride, coleman,randleman were the top of the food chain and they had losing records......Randy would have beating anybody in pride except for Fedor.....Nog is a much better fighter now but that doesnt matter anyway were talking 2002 2003 when pride was at its peak...couture has a win over Randleman who beat Cro cop and nearly beat Fedor......who knows if Couture wouldnt have beat Fedor?.....his record is 3 and 1 in a cage....

Nog is definatly not a better fighter than he was before, his chin is made out of glass compared to anvil when he was in Pride.
Fedor has 2 wins (Almost 3 actually if it wasnt for that NC) over Noguera who has a win over Couture. Fedor has a win over crocop who has 3 wins over Josh Barnett who has a win over Randy.

@Smileypie11 he never took roids stop being so insecure. He gained 40 pound of muscle gradually over 3 years. If you eat enough and work out consistently you could gain 50 pounds of muscle in 18 months. You have to understand this is his career so hes also dedication all his time to it.
