Freerunning:

geting from point a - b but with flips and spins etc

@CYRUSsoreal1987 no...not the same thing. parkour is getting from a to b as quick/fluid/and efficient as possible. some also see it as a discipline to there body so they can be more fluid efficient etc... some see it as a lifestlye, which i do because i cant get enough of it and its my passion. freerunning is creating beauty and such with the idea of free body movement, including flipping, spinning, blah blah you get it now hopefully. they just go hand and hand really so blah.
