My high school team made it to this compitetion. but we had one of the smallest machines ever it felt like the judges were laughing at us...we didn't even place lol it was fun though!

You can't make a statement like "religion is there to give people guide lines on how to live a peaceful life" and expect to be taken seriously. There are many religions which were established for a number of different reasons, not necessarily to govern a peaceful life. The fact is, it's not worth arguing about because if you're spiritually inclined you'll never have the proof you need to hold water in a logical argument. It's worth believing, but not worth arguing over.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but their is scientific evidence god doesn't exist, because scientists can prove certain facts, that clash with what is written down in the bible.
For example, the earth is 13.7 billion years old. However, in the bible, it is stated to be only 6000 years old (about the same age as humanity). Scientists have proven the earth existed long before we did.
I won't list more, because I think the above is pretty solid. Please, if I'm wrong, which I'm not, explain.
