That is pretty funny. I once watched my sisters dog attack a concrete bear that was about 24" tall. He was super pissed at the bear for being on his "turf" as my grandfather had just put it in his garden. Barking, snarling a couple snaps at the neck that never really made contact with the bear because the dog was probably actually to scared to actually bite the thing. He even tried to smell the bears behind.

But I wouldn't call it a trauma, this word is too strong. Traumas have long-term effects, I don't believe the situation from the video had one. It was only a temporal confusion for the dog. Absolutely nothing wrong - especially when compared to animal cruelty.
