Very underrated band seen them many times as a opener to Aerosmith .Bad ass band from New York . They do one of the greatest versions of born to be wild live with 5 guitars good stuff
Although i own a couple of BOC albums and cd's. The late sixties and early seventies had a lot of great bands. BOC was not one of them. Good yes, they never would have made top thirty maybe higher. Their early concerts were ok but after that they became a walk out band like Black Oak Arkansa among others.
@LuneyTune72 I don't know, but it would be worth its weight in gold. This must have been the show of shows. This is where they recorded the epic verision of Veterans with Buck's biblical solo and IMO the finest version of Reaper, both of which appeared on ET Live.
Another great clip. Listening to Eric Bloom sing this and then hearing his voice now...painful. Thanks for posting another one from this classic concert Bill.
Is that what happened? Listening to his pipes from the 70s compared to now is, like azmarkus pointed out, painful. Too bad Al had left by this time, but thanks for this gem.
PintoBilly..What was this concert filmed for?never released that I know of,would love to get my hands on a copy it....

Why do you bother putting your annoying, subjective comments here? Go crank up your Supertramp and Journey lp's Mr. Tunamelt.

@PintoBilly what's wrong with Supertramp?

First Of All Albert Bouchard Did the Vocals Originally. This Bootleg Lighting Man Rick Downey On Drums. But I agree Listening To Eric Now Is Painful

I agree Bloom's vocals are perfect for this song, but Albert could kill Rick with his drumming.

Eric's version of this song is WAY better than the original with the drummer singing.
I heard the original drummer was sacked from the band screwing with the bands scheduals & showing up late.
This version is great! UW2

Absolutely unbelievable. Great footage and a great version. I prefer it to the cut that made ETL.

This era was when Eric Bloom was at his peak for singing. Fire Of Unkown Origin is probably his best album for singing and songwriting.

@PintoBilly Yeah, especially if he (Eric) actually sang this song - then you two knuckleheads would have something to talk about....
