I don't agree. Cassie's voice matches the song well. You must also consider the fact thats its unlikely that cassie has final say in what songs she records and what is released, so why call her wack? I read almost all the comments & everyone has gr8 opinions!~ However CASSIE gets this 1. on a musicality scale. Her voice has a natural flow with this track! There are some parts where she could have more depth 2her voice though. Karina has a darker sound 2her voice. Cassie's is softer & brighter!~ Both Beautiful!Karina's vocal coach should have made her decrescendo (gradually get softer) on some parts so it would even out the track!
The songwriter/producers knew what they were doing!~

I've read almost all the comments & u ALL have gr8 opinions! However I'm giving this 1 2 Cassie on a musicality scale b/c her voice has a NATURAL flow w/the beat! That's why there are songwriters & producers b/c they know the vocal range of the artist they're writing 4 & what beats COMPLEMENT the artist best! Yes Karina Voice is AWESOME, but there R some parts where she could decrescendo (gradually get softer)! Cassie could come out more but hey the track is made and I'm definitely feelin it!

i'mma be real though both of them got it. i mean not everyone is gonna love the original songstress, but not everyone is gonna like the new songstress. everyone got their likes and dislikes, and some ppl just don't know what the their talkin about. and i can sing, and i know A LOT about music, so really it belongs to cassie like i said in my last comment, but there are some areas where cassie lack that karina gain. in other words, karina is too strong on and cassie stays in the same tone.

Ummm a strong voice doesn't necessarily make you a good singer now... this songs fits cassie a lot better, her voice blends and flows with the music good. If you're a good singer, not saying karina isn't but you have to adjust your voice to the type of song you're singing...

u know i never thought about that. it does fit cassie fit better because her voice is light and this is made for a light voice. i mean i was leanin more for karina because... idk... her voice is more... i guess more noticeable... cassie can sing, but in certain parts of the song ( karina - 4:42 ; cassie - 4:32 ) its not that expressive. i like to feel it and no matter who sings really i can relate... i love this song...

i won't comment on whose voice is better. but, the song does suit cassie better, as her voice blends in really well with the track. as someone previously stated, it sounds like karina is singing "over" the track.. it's weird.

Some of you act like Karina is a Mariah, Whitney, or Leona. Her voice sounds strained -like she's pushing it out. Cassie's voice is like a JLO, Mya, or C. Milian and she sticks to music that's nice for her tone.I think people like to say negative things about Cassie because of her looks. I mean some people sing Rihanna's praises when she's obviously nothing more than a mediocre poser. Atleast Cassie is true to herself.

No; I think Karinas voice is GREAT BUT SO typical of a black girl's. I already KNEW what she was going to sound like: a mammy. I was right. I prefer Cassie's voice on this song. Its softer and for once her vocals are in tune. Personally, as much Karina is good, she's a bit boring. I give her a year or tow to maintain her local fame.

Secondly, are you one of those fools who think that 'dominican' is a race? For your info it is not. Its an ethnicity. Most Dominicans have a lot of African blood (mixed with some spaniard and native). Ask any person of any other race who doesn't know 'what she is' and they'll say they think she's black. I don't agree. Cassie's voice matches the song well. You must also consider the fact thats its unlikely that cassie has final say in what songs she records and what is released, so why call her wack? Cassie did her thing: She looked gorgeous in the video, her dancing was on point and I can listen to the song without feeling like I'm being screamed at.
