I have no suggestion at this point however I would take a picture of everything before you take it apart, and even pictures as you go. There is a lots of electrical diagram for guitar online.
Amazing. At first i was like...oh man not another guy ruining a guitar. BUT the thing came out really cool. I would do away with the blue pickup covers though but nice job man. I am thinking of doing the same to a guitar i built.

Thanks for the comment. Fear comes from the dark side, don't hesitate. You will find that all companies uses very cheap wires and sometime even the connections are weak. Do your job right and your guitar will be 110% afterward, just make sure you keep track of what's what on a piece of paper or get it rewired at your local guitar shop. Good luck, Mazas.
