Obama is a student of Black Liberation Theology,which teaches that Native Americans are basically below insects. If you heard his speech to Mexicans the other day,you would notice that when he was discussing the different people that were living on the land b4 it became America he never once mentioned Native Americans.
I remember you talking about how Obama had told Indians that he would represent them if he was elected. That might have been the single biggest lie he has ever told.
What we are taught about the important figures in history is either inaccurate, or incomplete. Lincoln is now more a myth than the man he actually was, and to most people represents positive ideals it appears he, himself, did not hold.
The Tea Party movement is working to shape the future course of American government. As reprehensibly as that government treated native peoples in the past, might this not be a good opportunity for native peoples today to join in molding that future? ='[.]'=

Lincoln also ordered the murder of innocents nation wide with his UNcivil war, which destroyed the constitutional rights of every person in every state.
I do think though, towards the end, that he finally grasped what he had done....but by then, the damage was done. Then those who once held his ear, turned against him and had him murdered. Karma begets like karma.
