  • Anyone have lyrics to the Batman and Robin theme song?

  • I have always said since they were founding members of the justice league, Green Lantern and The Flash should have been there all the time in Superfriends

  • Nice. As a kid, I was fascinated by the Shazam transformation sequence in the opening of that show. I can't tell you how many times I shouted Shazam hoping something would happen.

And don't kept me started on the gorgeous Isis and Wonder Woman...

  • justice league and superfriends was my favourite of all times

  • you missed superman fleischer

  • @jimm06126 Actually he didn't. The Fleischer Superman shorts were never part of a TV series. They were originally shown in theatres in the 1940s.

  • Drue7,you are my new YT hero! This is awesome! But what happened with the sound on the New Adventures of Superman opening? LOVED that opening!

  • I hate Lynda Carter, thanks to her, is almost impossible to cast WW in a tv series or in movies, it's even difficult to draw Wonder Woman as a cartoon.

  • old fresh ideas ftw!

  • @Drue7 smallville has an episode in its 10th season thats called Isis and the origin story of that isis tv show happens to lois?

  • WOW

  • Why the home-made "Wonder Woman" intro for the Lynda Carter show, rather than any of the ones that was actually used in the series?

  • @PDCougar What are you talking about?! That was not home-made..it's the season 1 intro.

  • @Drue7 That -is- the season 1 intro ... up until the animated sequence ends at 6:46. Then it's all home-edited stuff. These all look to be scenes edited together from the 2-parter that had Debra Winger and Robert Hays in it. Note the sudden jump cut at around 6:56-6:57, and the sudden frame of Winger at 7:27 in the middle of the Carolyn Jones credit. The actual opening sequence includes shots of the animated WW and Trevor morphing into Lynda and Lyle, with glints in her eye and his teeth.

  • @Drue7 Ummm...the first part is the real trailer, the rest of that is not right. There was no season opener that ever had those type of credits or Debra Winger in the opening.

  • @PDCougar Check out Justice League: Crisis on two Earths if you don't believe or get the DVD's. Trust me this was ALWAYS on at my house when I was a kid and it IS authentic.

  • I like the Wonder Women theme at 4:31 it sounds so awesome and grovey and most importantly that theme has class I think and another thing to is I didn't know there was another actress playing wonder women before Linda Carter or she was like not known at the point when the show first premiered in 1974 I'm just wondering

  • I was wondering where was the Superman - Aquaman hour as well as the 1967 Batman cartoon series as well as the Superman - Batman hour of adventure , those seemed to have gotten left out .

  • Batman is such an asshole with poor Wonderdog...

  • I noticed you didn't put in the original superman animated series from the 40's.

  • Aqualad ahahahahahahahaha

  • Batman looks like a wimp in all this, even Wonder Woman ropes a fucking dragon...

  • WOW spongebob copy's aquaman

  • It is a parody not a copy, When youre a kid you have heroes from the cartoons or comic books and you want to be like them or them, and sponge bob has it too, Obviously it had to be some kind of aqua hero, and the best known is aquaman, so they did a parody cause it is a comedy not a copy.

  • When I see the aquaman series I cant help remembering mermaid man and the other guy in spongebob, jajaja it is so hilarious, Because bob and patrick love these guys even theyre too old and mermaid man has alzheimer, jajajaja, You should see it man

  • Ok, didnt we forget the 1960s Batman Cartoon Show, and the Justice League, Hawkman, Atom, Green Lantern and Flash intros from the Superman/Aquaman Hour of the 1960s?

  • Great job! Along with Aquaman and Superman in the 1960's, Batman, The Flash and Green Lantern had cartoons with openings as well in that era. Did I miss it somewhere in these videos?

  • Also just remembered in that same 1960's era, Hawkman and The Atom had cartoons with openings.

  • Wonder Woman ♥ :3

  • 2 dislikes? Must be a Marvel fan. Heh

  • That's funny I've seen the Superman 1960's cartoon intro on youtube someone else posted it and they got to keep the music for it.

  • Hah,Aquaman and his little twink Aqualad.

    Aahhhh the memories.

  • GREAT VIDEO!! But, you forgot "Lois and Clark" and the live action "Superboy"!

  • No I didn't..You never watched all the videos.

  • awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks for including the Wonder Woman Pilot. Even though the pilot wasn't very good, the theme actually was very nice!

  • @digital2500 , The Cathy Lee Cosby Wonder Woman movie was terrible including the intro music....The Lynda Carter Wonder Woman series and music was a hell of a lot better.

  • GOTTA love how WMG just ruins everything, huh?

  • tell me about it, I posted a music video a while back and the audio got taken off because of WMG, but I did some reaserch and it turns out the song I used is actualy owned by Victor Entertainment, the guys who produced the music the Cowboy Bebop and Trigun

  • Harvard Shazam was a DC Show . DC got Captain Marvel from Fawcett but could only use the magic word Shazam as Marvel had the name Captain Marvel. They got the rights in 1973 and the tv show came in 1974.Technically, Isis was a Filmation superhero, but DC gave her own comic in the 1970's

  • Shazam and Isis, so far as I know, were never DC shows. Captain Marvel appeared in Fawcett Comics, and Isis never was in any comic book. Also, it would have been nice if the Adventures of Superman intro would have been less blurry. A good start, though.

  • The 1970s was a great time to be a kid. We lived during DC's TV golden age with shows like the Superfriends, Shazam, Isis, Batman and Robin, and Wonder Woman to watch. Actually the 70s was great for superheroes period. because we also had Spidey, the Hulk, the Six Million Dollar Man, and the Bionic Woman. God I miss 70s TV.

  • So, there was a copyright claim against the Filmation Superman theme but none of the other series owned by WB now? Interesting.

  • New adventures of Batman abnd Superman is right here on YouTube!

  • what are those? cartoons? where are they?

  • @hcvang the Superman, Superboy and Aquaman cartoons were 1960's cartoons and were made by "Filmation, who made a lot of cartoons and shows thru out the 1960's , 70,s and 1980's ending with He-Man and She-ra.

those classic Cartoons are now on DVD .

  • @Astraldragon1 Why are you telling me what I already know?

  • @Astraldragon1 I was replying to batfan1939's comment! d'oh! he's alking about 'new adventures of batman and superman' - no such thing exists.

  • "ACK-waMan"

  • Shazam, that's a blast from the past, I loved that show when I was a kid, they played it here in Australia in the early 80's, one of those shows you don't hear about anymore

  • What an AWESOME post!!! The 70's were a cool time to grow up if you liked comics!! Lynda Carter IS Wonder Woman!!!!!! I had never seen that intro before though

  • What an AWESOME post!!! The 70's were a cool time to grow up if you liked comics!! Lynda Carter IS Wonder Woman!!!!!! I had never seen that intro before though

  • xD

    billy batson looks mexican xD

  • ohh man no sound in superman

  • NOTE: The theme music to The New Adventures of Superman (1966-1970) series was not included in this video due to a copyright claim by WMG.

  • Where is the Fleischer superman from the 40's? , is my favorite :´(

  • TV themes....

  • Ta-na-na-na-na-na-ta-na-na-na-na BATMAN!
