What is your opinion of using both tiger and phoenix for ganks, like running in with bear for a stun, then tiger and immediately going to phoenix for both tiger and phoenix buff working in synergy. I know the tradeoff is less turtle stance, but can doing this sort of ganking be worth it in your eyes??
@TheHappySD Global cooldowns would probably make that a bit hard, and you said it yourself - you're hurting your sustain in jungle by denying yourself levels in turtle stance. I don't think it's worth it to throw tiger on just for ganks, especially given how hard it is for Udyr to consistently slap a running target. It's fine around level 8 when you might want to push down a tower, but at early levels you need to prioritize phoenix and turtle IMO.
@stonewall008 Why isn't Olaf considered higher tier considering the new invasion style that Shyvanna emphasizes? He can operate blue-less in the jungle if he goes E-W-Q instead of Q-E-W, he can invade like a boss, dual like a boss, and scales late game like a boss while still having a strong mid game.

Stonewall. the Lee Sin nerf. you're missing the point. AS nerf is not aimed at his jungle, its aimed at his dueling, which you pointed out he's great at. he has high dmg and naturally high AS meaning more dps against everything, ganks, teamfights, jungle duels and yes jungling itself, but its not aimed there. It was needed. Think it through.

@stonewall008 I'm not sure about the Shyvana nerf. The reason being is that her ganks are lacking. So I think she needs to be a powerful duelist. Otherwise she will just become less viable in games.

I recently tried to explain people that tiger is faster in jungle and does about the same damage at ganks, they wouldn't believe, then I made a whole page of calculations stating the truth, and they just complained that you don't have 4 seconds at a gank to deal damage.

@Udyr3 Snoweball means getting stronger and stronger, like a snowball gets bigger and bigger when you roll it over snow. Occult is perfect example of snowball: you kill, you get stronger by getting stats.

I've been saying it since for ever, but people didn't give a shit what I thought(since I'm not famous for jungling like you or Saint) even though most of the time their winrate with Udyr was barely above 50% while mine was 100%, but now it's a bit over 80% because of I got trolled.

For me champions that don't use mana, are already above others. Now Lee, don't use mana, shield, high mobility(shield/Q jump), lifesteal, attackspeed, slow, CC, burst dmg from Q. He just have TOO MUCH. Right now for me Lee is in his own Tier. Above others. And thats the problem with Lee. Why pick Udyr when u can pick Lee, why pick Shiv when u can pick Lee, why pick any other jungler when u can pick Lee.

@Mapache1991 What people don't realize is that the reason most champions are Flavor of the Month is because they are slightly OP. When they get those slight nerfs it tends to make them balanced, and people can't roll on other people's faces so hard. Then they stop playing them.
Way back when I started jungling Udyr I was mainly going tiger because it was kinda easier to understand at the time, the benefits of the single target DoT seemed better then having to stick to your target for 3 hits. I ended up building AD and being uncomfortably squishy. Then I stumbled on this channel, saw the light of the phoenix and have forsaken tiger. Most games now I just build tankyness and still deal enough damage to be a threat to be focused down. TY Stonewall for opening my eyes.
i liked shyv as a jungler like a week after she came out. she reminds me of trundle in the old jungle actually. she may not have cc and her ganks don't usually turn kills but she can deal a fair amount of damage pretty fast and close gaps pretty fast so she can usually do a quick "harass" type gank and not even really lose that much farm due to her speed
i wish Riot would hear Stonewall's thoughts on the LeeSin nerf, honestly theyre so hypocritical sometimes, they want to keep uniqueness and specialties by giving Pantheon a block and jax a timed dodge (and now it'll even reduce aoe damage) but theyre nerfing Lee Sin because his uniqueness that he doesnt actually need AS like other junglers.
Are you serious? Trundle is one of the best sustained junglers in the game. He doesn't lose any health during his path. Honestly if you think Trundle is bad you clearly need to do more research and maybe try jungling a little more before you start knocking champions on this list.
@shad0wknight289 Trundle is in no way terrible. He's different. It's not AoE fest like all other junglers currently. Skarner, Udyr, Maokai, Shyvana any character with large consistent AoE are going to be higher than Trundle sure but he's got really strong duel potential and is still decent speed and sustain because of his kit. Learn to jungle and consider all aspects before you sign off on saying something is terrible.
I agree with this whole vid. The Lee Sin nerf is random and not needed (What Lee Sin has makes him special and fun to play. Riot wants everyone to make their champion their own, hence the new masteries, yet are making ALL of the junglers the same? Weak.), Shyvana is flavor of the month because of M5 (although I will admit I only started playing because she was free recently and I loved her) and it's annoying, but should die out, and thank god for the Udyr part at the end! Someone who gets it...
@teBdyBear Her early ganking is still really powerful, just not god mode as it was before. In addition when eve gets fed she becomes quite the monster, shes just harder to get fed than before.
The reasoning behind the Lee Sin nerfs is just flat out dumb. You go attack damage on him, because he has an attack speed steroid. That doesn't make him broken, it just means that stacking more attack speed would be inefficient. This is the same way you go attack speed on champions that have an ad steroid or some form of proc on their attacks. On them attack speed is good of course. Just no reason to it.
shaco can still double buff, what u do is u stack 1 or 2 boxes at wraiths then some at red. you smite and kill red w/ur boxes and auto attacks, but first u kill wraiths. after that u head to wolves and kill those with 1 box. then u take blue, u still make lvl 3/4 with both buffs but it takes 15-20 more seconds. big whoop.
@Dylz22 he had some strong tourney games too. A previous tournament had Lee Sin perform terribly as well. Does that make him bad? No, just the teams were prepared for them.
@stonewall008 thats fair enough, i just havent seen anywhere that showcased skarners godlike presence yet...maybe ive missed them, but so far ive only seen some good but not great ones and some bad ones...it just seems he doesnt have the godtier effect that someone like lee sin does due to how mana dependent he is and how kiteable he can be...tier 1 of course, god like, idk

@Stonewall008, why is Gangplank's ganking score so high? All he has is slow, red buff & his passive only give like 20% slow in total and lanes would have to be severely pushed, but than practically every jungler can pull that gank off.
@ImJuZSuMeKiD Red buff can be applied with his Q. His ganking score didn't save and I didn't notice. It was supposed to be B/S. In essence though he has the ability for level 2 ganks - he buffs his teammates for the gank with movement speed and AD, has high movement speed himself, his Q applies the slow and he has great early damage. So he just has a lot packed into so little. Then global ultimate raises it to an S.

I've been saying it since for ever, but people didn't give a shit what I thought(since I'm not famous for jungling like you or Saint) even though most of the time their winrate with Udyr was barely above 50% while mine was 100%, but now it's a bit over 80% because of I got trolled.

ye wow.. now than they brought out a champ(sejuani) that is not op everyone yells at that.. she has fucking much cc with her slow but less dmg then the most junglers.. shes actually pretty balanced.. not that much dmg->good jungling->awesome ganking ... its good and not "oh she got no dmg shes baaad!!"

@MotorKing99 i think its cause his fear range got nerfed, now its pretty easy to walk out of the fear range, the only time i have had it successfully land is when the enemy is slowed by:
1- my teammates
2- red buff
that's just my opinion as someone who plays nocturne a lot, hes still really strong though but i dont think he can fight alone as well as he used to

@Methuss87 If you own a WotA, and an ally owns a WotA, you get the aura buff, and so does he. Otherwise, only your allies get the aura buff.
Also, the team is not always in one big group together, and when they are, you and your WotA buddy get extra aura

For me champions that don't use mana, are already above others. Now Lee, don't use mana, shield, high mobility(shield/Q jump), lifesteal, attackspeed, slow, CC, burst dmg from Q. He just have TOO MUCH. Right now for me Lee is in his own Tier. Above others. And thats the problem with Lee. Why pick Udyr when u can pick Lee, why pick Shiv when u can pick Lee, why pick any other jungler when u can pick Lee.

@Mapache1991 What people don't realize is that the reason most champions are Flavor of the Month is because they are slightly OP. When they get those slight nerfs it tends to make them balanced, and people can't roll on other people's faces so hard. Then they stop playing them.

Way back when I started jungling Udyr I was mainly going tiger because it was kinda easier to understand at the time, the benefits of the single target DoT seemed better then having to stick to your target for 3 hits. I ended up building AD and being uncomfortably squishy. Then I stumbled on this channel, saw the light of the phoenix and have forsaken tiger. Most games now I just build tankyness and still deal enough damage to be a threat to be focused down. TY Stonewall for opening my eyes.

i liked shyv as a jungler like a week after she came out. she reminds me of trundle in the old jungle actually. she may not have cc and her ganks don't usually turn kills but she can deal a fair amount of damage pretty fast and close gaps pretty fast so she can usually do a quick "harass" type gank and not even really lose that much farm due to her speed

i wish Riot would hear Stonewall's thoughts on the LeeSin nerf, honestly theyre so hypocritical sometimes, they want to keep uniqueness and specialties by giving Pantheon a block and jax a timed dodge (and now it'll even reduce aoe damage) but theyre nerfing Lee Sin because his uniqueness that he doesnt actually need AS like other junglers.

Are you serious? Trundle is one of the best sustained junglers in the game. He doesn't lose any health during his path. Honestly if you think Trundle is bad you clearly need to do more research and maybe try jungling a little more before you start knocking champions on this list.

@shad0wknight289 Trundle is in no way terrible. He's different. It's not AoE fest like all other junglers currently. Skarner, Udyr, Maokai, Shyvana any character with large consistent AoE are going to be higher than Trundle sure but he's got really strong duel potential and is still decent speed and sustain because of his kit. Learn to jungle and consider all aspects before you sign off on saying something is terrible.

I agree with this whole vid. The Lee Sin nerf is random and not needed (What Lee Sin has makes him special and fun to play. Riot wants everyone to make their champion their own, hence the new masteries, yet are making ALL of the junglers the same? Weak.), Shyvana is flavor of the month because of M5 (although I will admit I only started playing because she was free recently and I loved her) and it's annoying, but should die out, and thank god for the Udyr part at the end! Someone who gets it...

The reasoning behind the Lee Sin nerfs is just flat out dumb. You go attack damage on him, because he has an attack speed steroid. That doesn't make him broken, it just means that stacking more attack speed would be inefficient. This is the same way you go attack speed on champions that have an ad steroid or some form of proc on their attacks. On them attack speed is good of course. Just no reason to it.

shaco can still double buff, what u do is u stack 1 or 2 boxes at wraiths then some at red. you smite and kill red w/ur boxes and auto attacks, but first u kill wraiths. after that u head to wolves and kill those with 1 box. then u take blue, u still make lvl 3/4 with both buffs but it takes 15-20 more seconds. big whoop.

@stonewall008 thats fair enough, i just havent seen anywhere that showcased skarners godlike presence yet...maybe ive missed them, but so far ive only seen some good but not great ones and some bad ones...it just seems he doesnt have the godtier effect that someone like lee sin does due to how mana dependent he is and how kiteable he can be...tier 1 of course, god like, idk

@ImJuZSuMeKiD Red buff can be applied with his Q. His ganking score didn't save and I didn't notice. It was supposed to be B/S. In essence though he has the ability for level 2 ganks - he buffs his teammates for the gank with movement speed and AD, has high movement speed himself, his Q applies the slow and he has great early damage. So he just has a lot packed into so little. Then global ultimate raises it to an S.
