  • This dude is the gym's worst nightmare.

He inspires people to quit their gym memberships and do it at home or wherever else they are.

  • this is best workout I ever seen... Great idea and sure it's working ... I don't go to gym because I believe everything I need is in me.. Useing bodyweight is best way in workout

  • only comment id make is stiffen up your torso

  • @Last4Forever that's called calisthenics it gets addicting doesn't it?

  • Thank you very much for posting this, you are awesome! :)

This is so motivating me! :D

  • Man this shit is tight .... Feel like I'm watching a movie & ur training to go & get revenge ..... Or just bust someone's ass. Good vid, good workout, bro

  • @YellowPaint100 haha, yearps.. the music too!!

  • im wondering...were you in gymnastics? either way, i am very impressed. good job

  • all i can say is..."CAN YOU HELP ME" i wanted to build muscle and get my weight up for football, but i realize i dont have to be huge to play,so,i wanted to start building my strength with body weight training.Im 15 and dont have i job so i cant buy the equipment or pay for any program.

can you give me some workouts that i can do to build my strength without equiptment?

  • Very nice.

  • Great video, could you give us a description of what the rest of your workout is like?and are going to make more videos? this is one of the best bodyweight exercise videos that I have seen, thanks again.

  • i dont get why some people miss out on body weight training and focus on weights more. x_o

  • @Riszuboix cause the health industry doesn't want people to know how effective body weight exercises are...

  • healthmad(dot)com/fitness/secret-to-strength-and-size-gains/

  • Does it matter where your fingers point when workin on planches

  • Great video, do you do any work for the lower body, like squats or lunges, great music also, take care

  • man how many days have u been working out till u could do all of these?

  • Awesome let me practice some of those moves

    Thanks for sharing

  • it was ok well put together but only average good start though i liked the horizontal hand stand bicycle (2:09) thats a great workout beards great too ohcanada

  • THAT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!!

  • BEAUTIFUL VIDEO !! i mean...body weight > all

  • BEAUTIFUL VIDEO !! free weight > all

  • Great video Last4Forever, do you do a certain workout for your lower body also?

  • Impressive training, but you should mention the risks of alot of these techniques. In most of these, there's a high risk that you could tear a muscle if you bend your elbows below 90 degrees. The push-ups are a prime example. we dont want anyone getting hurt

  • @AaronVernonFOP You mean deep pushups? I your shoulders are conditioned enough, its no problem.

  • @Reisepoff if you go too far down you WILL tear a muscle in your chest. just saying, these are relatively dangerous if you arent conscious of what your body can handle.

  • @AaronVernonFOP If it were bench presses that deep=Yes. But only bodyweight=Highly unlikely.

  • You are a ninja!

  • this guy would be able to make some awsome powermoves and freezes in brakdance

  • Dude, u need to direct more attention to that poor deco-palm. New dirt, sip of water. U know the usual routine ;o)

  • This is b-boy training right here.

  • great exercises! What music is that??

  • this is sick! gonna use these exercises to build my body strength

  • the reason i love this type of training is because u get strong like those big body builders but u also get hard and stay small and unlike those big body builders u can use ur muscle more efficently since u dont have big muscles weighing u down

  • awesome workout dude!! thanks for taking the time to show us

  • 2:55 wow.........

  • Do some back/ab workouts. When your doing your pushups your lowerback hangs down. Its supposed to be held strait I believe..? Correct me if Im wrong.

  • Great video man, gave me a couple of workout ideas

  • dude that is AWESOME

  • I do exactly the same as he does at 1:00 when im kitchen waiting for water to boil ^,^

  • nice work out bro.

  • you know what I find funny? people always fucking comparing!

    GYM VS B.W. exercises...

why can't most people just realise that they're NOT FOR THE SAME PURPOSE!

and besides, why just pick one? do both if you want to

  • No one system beats all,ex: try to strengthen your lower back with B.W. exercises and using unilateral hyper extensions and the like and you'll see how little B.W. stuff has to strengthen that area. Also people confuse limit strength with endurance.Sure he could do 100 push ups but could he Max bench press 400 pounds?so comparing B.W. lifting to weightlifting is false.Don't believe me Ask him what His Max Olympic Squat Is and you'll see B.W. trainings limit for the lower back and Legs!

  • Also if he does have a decent Max Olympic Squat or Stiff Leg Dead Lift ask him how they got good and I bet he used regular weight training methods. On a side note I'm not hating on him his upper body strength is superior to most people but the other comments saying B.W.T. is old school and some how better just don't make sense! Limit Strength and Endurance are not the same thing! Mike Tyson Never Did 100 push ups straight but I bet you wouldn't want to take a punch from him!

  • People don't understand Skill vs. Strength. You wouldn't compare a strongman to a gymnastic specialist.Neither could do what the other does but you wouldn't say one was better then the other. On a side note as well if a strongman and a Gymnast both had MMA training and weighed the same the one that was better trained at lifting external loads would be better at fighting, so the strongman would win if MMA skills were equal. Think this guy could beat the Top MMA fighters of his weight class?Nooooo

  • prob be best to mix it up then with both types of training ???

  • HOLY CRAP!!!

    O.O

    you're strong!!!

  • Thumbs up for shooting this video with a shirt on. For me, that means that you are serious about your training, and not one of these guys that just want to show their muscles! :)

  • I could do this stuff back in high school before i injured my shoulder. This kind of stuff always came easy to me. but then again i have been super active my whole life. because i wasn't allowed inside during the day as a kid. so i got into martial arts. then power swimming. then BMX. i also ran track and played baseball. i was one of the home run hitters. i would either strike out or put it over the fence nothing in between. 2nd basemen in the field. just be active and you get strong.

  • @ 1:23 most impressive dude.

  • omg its jeff hardy

  • Nice work :D

  • nice progression man, i was gonna give a bad rating but i saw ur improvement way to go towards da goal.

  • that last one looks scary as shit

  • AMAZING!

  • Slow motions very good and very good exercises

  • @Last4Forever Dude, I cant do half the movements here, but thanks for uploading! I'm going to try everything (except the hand stand stuff) Cheers! :D

  • this guy is my new personal hero.

  • The form your muscle don't add to it. Build it but don't let it be too big.

  • dude, with strenght like that, you'll

be a pro bboy in no time.. lol.

  • I see a lot of things like this and they're awesome. But how does one get started into it? What are some beginning bwes?

  • @Saxking2005 bro its easy..first push ups...den uneven pushups...den assissted one arm push ups den partial handstand push ups den full ones....den one arm handstand holds....den assisted one arm handstand push ups...the problem wit every1 is u always ask...all u have to do is use ur brain and think....c'mon now

  • this is great the chairs are very unstable tho a simple mistake coudl lead to a huge mess

  • i like instinctif workout =)

  • gymnast and breakdancers have been doing these type of conditioning exercise for years..theres plenty of breakdancers who preform powermoves that appear skinny or average but deep down have amzing upstrength power and core power!

  • the dip on the counter was kind of bad... he went down too low which is not good for shoulders.

  • wayda use all your furniture... haha ... who needs da gym when you got free furniture to use!

  • how do you work your way up to this???

  • wow , you have suck flexible shoulders , do you have some advices to have a better flexibility for my shoulders ?

  • oh this is awesome!

  • this music is creepy, but good video!

  • @lakewoodboy247

    what's creepy about the music?

  • be careful with those really deep pushups, overextending tends to cause a loss of cartilidge over time.

  • YES! Thanks for this. I now have a better idea how the training progression works.

  • some of the strongest people i know dont use free weights , they train the old ways of just using bodyweight and balance , they are ripped and strong as fuck , some guys at my gym are pumped up with weight training and cant even do 10 pull ups !

  • @cjfrfc

It's because free weights train a sincle muscle group,

By using your own body as a tool, you will work out more muscle groups, because the muscles are build to work together. And that will increase your strengh, many times more than pumping the biceps with a weight in front of the mirror ;D

Working with weights is okay, if your muscles aren't strong enough to carry your own weight, it takes time :)

  • @HimTheyLike very well said!!

  • @cjfrfc haha yea dude i always challenge meat heads filled with n.o. and creatine to see who can do more pullups and/or pushups and theyre only excuse after losing is cuz im not as big as them rofl tooooool baaaags

  • @cjfrfc you can't be as strong using only bodyweight excercises as you can by using free weights now it's more impressive though to be able to have full control over your body than it is to have great control of some hefty weights

  • @cjfrfc i can do 25, and obviously they are heavy with pecs

  • @cjfrfc they lack flexibility, that makes their power USELESS. They are just moving beasts that cant even do a flip :P

  • @parkourip It isn't useless, it's created for a different purpose. It would be, literally, impossible to develop equal strength to someone lifting free weights using only bodyweight exercises. You train for strength which enables your own sport of fluid movement, how is that any more noble a goal than the attainment of an 800 lb deadlift? Utilizing every muscle of your body in perfect coordination to execute physical feats of extraordinary strength. Different means, different goals.

  • @cjfrfc its because for some ppll (like me) are chubby (6'3 175 lbs) have too much weight on their body for this type of workout i cant do 4 pull ups nor do 15 push ups but i can bench 150 lbs atleast 5 reps ... im not fat but im also not buff

  • @MadManWithMoney there are progressive exercises to build your strength up

  • @MadManWithMoney K, your fat and you weigh 175 and your 6'3. your not fat your skinny, im 5'11,175 can do at least 50 good form push ups bench 180 6 clean reps. i work in the oil field. man your just lazy put down the remote and get active. BTW this guys video is awsome im gunna be trying theses exercises

  • @MrCrotchs my waist size is a 34 thats fat i think, dont u .... and im 14

  • @MadManWithMoney Not really, my body is slim, and im a size 32, not much of a difference. although, your hieght does play a key role in whats defined as your normal waist size.

  • @cjfrfc because for pull ups and push ups you need to have reflex muscles....and with weights you cannot have them.....i'm also for this kind of exercising

  • @cjfrfc its different muscles being used

  • Bodyweight training seems highly underestimated, possibly because there's no money to made by equipment manufacturers.

  • @CarlosFinch sooo true

  • @CarlosFinch bodyweight training is the best, no matter what people say. You can have huge muscles but that just doesn't have any use...

  • @CarlosFinch You know it; it's the MAIN method for building lean thick strong muscle mass - pure and without damage to your ligaments, tendons, and joints. However, since there is little to no money to be made from pure body weight exercising, the media and businesses do not want citizens to get away from the supplement, steroid, and equipment market.

It's unfortunate but this is what turns the world around; money.

What exercises do you think top battalions of top armies focus on?

  • @CarlosFinch i say almost the same. but i say, bodyweight training is highly underestimated because theres no commercials for the clueless. just sayin lol

  • @CarlosFinch I know its nine months after you posted this comment...but as a former body builder myself, that comment you left so very VERY accurate

  • At 1:12... I do the same in the corner of the kitchen counter!! Loool!!!

  • @FOXHOUNDAio87 same man

  • with them workouts i would say he's a gymnastic trained freerunner because that's the only people you would normally see do that stuff

  • great work pal, keep it up!

  • Good routines. But I'm SO sick of this same song that's in all the conspiracy videos!

  • Looks like fun and effective! Inspirational!

  • Shame this guy only has one vid...

  • awesome :D

  • the 2nd one if awful for the back done this way. And all those exercices are cool to see, but they are really useless except a couple of them. If u want strenght (as said in title) dont do those.

  • @dafaucas - How is it bad for your back? Push ups, and exercises that force you to stabilize your core are great for your back and great for building strength. Dead lifting is also great for building strength. I think this video is pretty impressive. Are you into sports medicine at all?

  • @dafaucas Yeah are you high? I do these all the time and I've become a lot stronger. It doesn't build muscle mass like free-weights if that what you were trying to say... But these workouts are probably the best you can do to strengthen your core, balance and stability. Almost all the workouts he did were compound workouts, meaning they work more than one part of the body. For example, handstands work your lats, triceps, chest, wrist flexors and core.

  • shit im with you TahaNimit

    this is weak.
