@traveln3 It was so good! Yes i made the injera bread too. It's actually super easy. 1 cup ground teff flour, 1 cup spelt flour, a pack of yeast and 2 cups water (of course you have to let it sit over night so it can ferment). Make just like a crepe or very thin pancake.
