@ZombieNopali Some hospitals were a little better before. The Valencia Hospital was improving in the 1990's because the state government could take care of it, less burocracy, more eficiency. Now the minister in Caracas takes care of almost all hospitals in Venezuela (again) like 25 years ago. That means suplies run out but the director of the hospital doesn't complain because he/she was put there by the chavistas, the minister doesn't live near the hospital or the people who use it

There were some hospitals that had no problems, now they have problems. So more or less now theres some improvement in prevention and diagnose, some isolated atention centers, the hospitals are the same or worse in most cases.
