the reason why black ppl are in this video is becuz black ppl popularized lowriding in music videos, movies, and tv. for example in music videos u got eazy e , dr.dre, ice cube, snoop dogg, and the game, they all talk about 64 impala lowriders.Even mike jones made a music video about lowriders. In movies u got ice cube's movie Friday, u got boyz n the hood with doughboy's 63 impala,and most of the black hood films. So maybe thats y they put black ppl in this commercial.

Lowridin was started in 1930 by the Ruelas brothers one of them is still alive his name is Fernando read lowrider history or watch a documentary they all say the Ruelas brothers started lowridin and the very first lowrider car club was the Dukes which was started in 1962 by the Ruelas brothers and some homies from their barrio and you all should know that the Dukes are still around blacks did not start lowridin Chicanos did and thats a proven fact and I'm not trying to be racist but its true
