  • You are always wellcome at my country!!! Maria-Teresa

  • Thank you...

I adonde encontraron el dinero.

  • What railway is it and is it still going (Jul 08)?

Did you do Tren a las nubes?! I missed the tourist train but got a freight train up instead. Even better experience, I was in the cab most of the way up and down.

  • The is a 75cm line that runs in Southern Argentina towards the border with Chile, from Enginero Jacobacchi down to Esquel, a distance of about 250 miles.

As far as I kinow it still runs as required for tour companies etc. Check the web sites for the Railway Touring Company and Ffestiniog Travel, both do tours to Chile and Argentina.

  • No my friend the gauge is 1.676 mm. The tracks are old F.C.S. The mail line to Buenos Aires.

The engine is British, of course. North Brithis is the builder, I think...

  • Yes the Bariloche line is 1.676 or 5 foot 6inches in English, but the line to Esquel is the narrow gauge 75cm or 2foot 6 inches isn't it.

  • Great video :)

  • Thanks..

  • if you like you can see me video "nieve en Tablada". About the unusual snowfall of July, 2007 in Buenos Aires. Where it was not snowing from 1918.

  • I had seen the snow on the mountains when I was there in November but I did not know it ever snowed in Bariloche..

  • he is talking about the snow in buenos aires, snowing in bariloche is normal, but in bs as it isn't, it was the first time since 1918, i saw snow for the first time in my whole life :') hahah

btw, great vid! 5 stars (Y)
