@MichaelXhardcore Hello! You need to film the background without yourself in it for a few seconds (or you can use the freeze frame effect in After Effects). Then, without moving the camera, you go into the shot and film yourself jumping (disappear). Then, without moving your camera, you find a nice spot and film yourself jumping again (appear). Then you cut the footage and use the background footage between the clips.

I think I know your problem. Happens to me all the time :P You need to click on the adjustment layer first (it does not do this on it's own), then you can use the pen tool ;)

@kliomole It's not supposed to... but the videos are always slow if you Ram preview, but when you render the film, it should be just as fast as the original.

2. go to effects. color correction,curves.

First, you open the .zip file and put the smoke footage in a folder. Then you drag the smoke footage into your After Effects project window, and then into your composition ;)
