mine was in the same spot, right side didnt hurt at all. left side was definitely painful, and going over the spine sucked dick. altogether, good experience and totally worth it.

Tattoos hurt if your getting stabbed with needles its going to hurt but the pain varys on the spot, when i get mine i like to sit back and put up with it if you want it you'll put up with it.
