It´s interesting to hear this all. Perhaps the prices in NY´s good areas have reached the top. I don´t know if there are big developments of rising prices ? -- I see it from distance. I have a real estate agency in Germany and we make only investment objects like commercial buildings, whole apartment complexes etc... --- Danke schoen for the informations and the video. Peter

Agreed 100% with the Central Park view - without a doubt.
For the urban landscape view I recommend Long Island City, Queens with the current construction craze going on there, the demand is HOT !!
Lucky if you can find any vacancies as most units are sold long before the construction is complete.
