It's pretty messed up... Labor's progress of putting in it was completely out of control.... and when the liberals came in, they were hoping to get the mess out of the way. Problem was, that labor was left in too long in power with the myki and plenty of people started using it but not majority... and that's not all.. overtime, costs accumulated and the problem with scrapping it still would cost enormous amounts to vanquish and would be wasted forever so keep whatever left at the price anyway...
