It becomes quite clear on close listening that it is not a Raja song because Raja would not usually repeat the pallavi as an instrumental refrain at the end of an interlude (second interlude in this song), among other things. iam a telugu person. but i 've become slave to the maestro's music in 80's era including tamil. i luv that time where kartik, revathy, mohan, murali(idayam fame), and bharathi raja, balachandear , maniratnam had worked out miraculous songs in the combination of illayaraja.
