Guy in girl glasses.....nice pace but a lot of the push ups and squats would not count. Not all the way down and not all the way up on the push ups and didn't go down far enough on the squats. 28 rounds still pretty good though.

@chipango87 pause the video on squats its parallel and the pushups he could have gone up a little higher but by not doing that he is keeping constant strain on his muscles! plus i want to see a video of you doing 280 pushups in that amount of time, until then go back to your bicep curls
@chipango87 upon closer inspection...both dont have chest to floor for pushups so that is a no count according to me...you may disagree. the bigger guy has a ball to keep his squats in check...he misses almost half each round!

At my gym we do release pushups so we go all the way down. and even if he only did "230" that is 230 more than you can do.

now doing it without kipping your pull ups (the 'crossfit kip' thing is bs. 28 rds is do-able without a kip) and actually move your torso when you do push ups (like the females in the middle)

Yes it is. Kipping pull-ups are allowed in crossfit. That's probably why every crossfitters are trying to learn the kip. Are you sure you're not thinking of the usual "chins"? Cause in that subject kipping are not allowed, like in fitness events etc etc.
Although I also think his pushups were pretty shallow, you can't say that it's not impessive. Just because you guys who can do 30 rounds (which is nuts) doesn't mean 28 is bad! You can still give him some credit & positive feedback!

if he was called out for every miss squat/push up because he didnt get full ROM then he'll have to redo the rep...which means more time wasted!!!
so you're saying we could do the same amount of rounds but i'll get a better time because i didnt go full ROM?? which affiliate do you attend!
