@DJyellowfeva I'm going to a chiro on Monday to see about a pinched nerve that I have thats been driving me nuts!!!!!! He uses ART and I hope that I get some relief. How much did it hurt you?

@oharmon Hey....Sorry about the late reply lol. No it didn't hurt, more like a huge sense of relief. You might also want to consider this product called theracane or a "cane massager" its pretty much a glorified self massager stick but gets u through the weeK!
