Oh and one other thing to mention if you can come from the top of the Stairs and successfully destroy the Bone Pillar but not the Spiked Ball it will roll down the stairs and destroy all the enemies in it's path. XDDD

The Ferryman is another reference to Greek Mythology.

He is based on Charon, who ferried the souls of the dead across the river Styx into Hades.

Alucard provides the first in-game explaination to why the map of Dracula's castle changes each time it is destroyed and then rebuilt. Which makes sense as it is a "creature of chaos".

i dont mean to complain but if you were to get the holy object(snorkel) and beath under water you could get the nanchaku have a decrease in attack of 1 but hae a double hit status and they move pretty quick probably make the werewolf girls easier lol

if you sit on the oppisit seat a girl sit in the other and pulls the curtan and then youll get hit with a spike thing then the curtan goes back and shes gone it funny if you ask me

an easy way too get the axe lord armor is to go to the area under the librian and hyper jump under him to knock him in the air. Wait till the librarian hits the ground then d it again and keep going it should be about the thrid or fourth item he drops.

At the beginning of the game, you can actually fall into that little gate thing next to the drawbridge, and I think there's a save point there and a little area that would have led to the Garden area that was in the Saturn version and removed in the PSX version. When you start, as soon as you get past the drawbridge, you need to backdash and you'll get stuck in the drawbridge and fall through the floor, or something like that.

i got it, but it is kinda time consuming, if you know what dhr is.

you get two heart refreshes and a duplicator, jump into a doorway, and press square and hold circle until the nex animation plays, and just alternate unil your cape is in the floor, or below it.

@crimeinpartner been a year since i last commented, but there actualy is a savepoint, but you have to use the heart refresh glitch to get there. Kinda pointless one, but o well lol.

@crimeinpartner It wasn't actually removed from the PSX version; it was never put in. The Saturn version was an enhanced port and they through in two areas which where meant be in the original (though I doubt they would have been underground garden and cursed prison). You can get down there as Richter by running left right away, but it must be at the very beginning of the game.

i kept watching the frozen shades make that scream then make a beeping sound. While playing on the 360 version mine didn't make that beeping sound. did they change random things like that in the 360. other than that, i haven't noticed any differences.

Hey crimeinpartner, When I subscribed to you it compared you to HCBailly so I guess that means you have similar styles? I have never seen his video's but I am sure as time progresses things will become easier for you. I mean like you said it's your first full fleged LP with Commentary so I think you are doing a great job and I am just gonna say keep up the great work. Wow the ferryman brings back memories big time. "I like your job security humor" I guess the ends justify the means ;)

I disagree. I much prefer these LPs. HCBailey does a horrible job at the voice overs, if you can call them that, that he does in his games. This is better.

Definitely a great game. I actually played it for the first time a few months ago.

One tip I would suggest for your LPs is to make it easier for a first-time player to follow along with you. Sometimes you've done things without completely explaining why, which can make it confusing. Like with the elevator leading to the Jewel Knuckles. I might have pointed out that you just have to sit there and wait, and the elevator will take you down.
