No, the Giratina your seeing is altered form. To get that origin form you need to get giratina, beat the e4, return to wayward cave (where the distortion world portal *exit* was) and find the portal inside the cave. Go back in the world and walk around till you find where you found giratina, you'll notice an item. The Griseous orb will change giratina into origin form if it holds it. Theres absolutely nothing else there so you can leave after you get it. Not a caterpillar my friend XD
