  • another 17 who mad everyone better! the other one: Jeremy Lin!

  • did lou carnesecca get his face run over by an 18 wheeler yaers back?

  • his cousin is my history teacher

  • Chris Mullin is a classic gym rat that honed his skill like a blacksmith who would forge a sword. The result was a finely sharpened offensive weapon that cut through defenses like a sharpened blade would through flesh!

    Very underrated in NBA History...

  • @MarcelineMSU using sharpened twice in one sentence... nice

  • He look like the young Kurt Russell

  • Comment removed

  • Why is it that everytime you see Magic Johnson hes always annoucing other basketball pplayers ?

  • Mad respect to Chris Mullin

  • 0:23 Marc Gasol lol

  • @ThePHENOM987 lol. dude i didn't know bill wennington when he was young looked like marc.

  • it would've been nice to see him coach the warriors.

  • Uh oh. some tears fell from my eyes.

  • I wish NBA today would be like the 80s and 90s . Its Great !

  • Thanks Mully! You brought back some assemblance of pride back the Warriors.

  • OMG This guy has a same birth as me 30 July.. AMAZING Chris Mullin is a legend

  • You come to me, on the day of my daughter's wedding, to ask me about Chris Mullin?

  • Mullin looked so much different when he was younger

  • Lol the shorts :]

  • If they ever make a movie about Chris Mullin actor Kurt Russell can play him

  • and by "they embraced him as one of their own" he means "ehhh. he's pretty much black

  • @SuperNingerGinger nah, it meant he's not from New York really.

  • i cleared my throat each time lou carnesecca spoke..

  • What happened to the good white players who could shoot lights out? We used to have guys like Chris Mullins, Fred Hoiberg, Jeff Hornacek, Jon Barry, and Brent Barry.

  • @IowaHunter641 Dirk, Love, Dunleavy, Korver, Redick. Also, Chris "Mullin."

  • @FAYMprod My bad for putting the s on the end of his name. Dirk and Love are great players but they are all good otherwise they woulf not be in the NBA. Players like that dont get the love like they used to in the 80s and early 90s and to me that is just sad. If your not ultra athletic and cant jump out of the gym you are an after thought in todays game.

  • NBA, way to phone it in with essentially the same copy from the Larry Legend piece.

  • what achievement did he had? played in NY.

  • One of the few White Guys that can really play at the highest level..

  • for all those who question his hall of fame validity, watch the damn video. this lefty was deadly.

  • wtf? how did this guy make it into the hall of fame and not reggie miller?

can someone tell me... please ?

  • @myd0ugie Maybe because he was a better player than Miller. Reggie was great especially with his heroics down the stretch but a lot of times gets overrated simply because of his clutch play. When you look at facts, he was mainly a great shooter that came off picks well with not a whole lot else. I would hope Richmond would get in over Miller as well as he was just a better overall player

  • @ColdJ3 Miller took those mediocre Pacers far into the eastern conference playoffs and in the hardest era especially in the east when you had the Magic, Bulls, Knicks, Heat and even made a finals apperance where he gave those kobe-shaq lead lakers he was the leading 3-point field goal maker until this year it took 10 years to break it :S, and when your on a team by your self when the next best player is mark jackson and smits, getting double teamed and pressured more than ray allen.

  • @myd0ugie dude seriously?? Reggie Miller?? THAT GUY WASN'T EVEN an NBA CHAMPION and NEVER MADE NBA 1st TEAM! :)) FUCK YOU"RE DUMB!

  • @antalan13 dude, why would you hate on Reggie?? No championship? no 1st team honors? who cares!. by your logic that would make everyone who doesn't have that shit? you're the one that's fucking dumb. Reggie has achieved more than most other players and yet, you still say stupid shit. I feel sorry for you.

  • @myd0ugie He is older duh. Reggie will be in a little later

  • sure he's a legend, but 3 fuckin days in the gym? Sir get yo facts straight

    thats mothafuckin impossible

  • I LOL'D@BILL WENNINGTON

  • i wonder why he plays with a shirt and jersey on..

  • 0:23 DeRozan and Marc Gasol

  • never knew chris mullin went to high school with marc gasol..

  • NBA made a spelling mistake in the description box, they misspelled "at" :P

  • @JayBoostToes Oh noes, kill them :(

  • is he better thn ray allen?

  • when allstarts were white ... :P

  • @OnlyOneBite this was ten years ago..and they still are (Love, Kaman, Lee, Gasol, Dirk)

  • @Walnut8711 im not saying that there are no white allstarts, im saying that the ratio is like 5 to1.

  • bill wennington looks like the big show 0_o

  • Playing the game because they love it, not because they love the money. The way it should always be!

  • lebron traveled

  • Always good to see a white guy in the hall of fame

  • @ScrubBoat24 Larry bird?

  • @CaptPrice274 Obviously he's aware of Larry Bird lol. There are just very few white hall of famers.

  • @ScrubBoat24 were r slowly but surely catching up

  • in 2K12 they need a Mullin challenge

  • 2:54 i thought jack nicholson was a laker fan?

  • chris mullin and dennis rodman are two of the most underrated and overlooked players to play the game in the NBA. I am damn glad to see that both of them got their dues

  • @fluffynoses

wow no they are players like moses malone dennis is sometimes overrated as this super player he was great but not that great very good defender great rebounder but shit of a offensive player lol and a distraction utleast you have a great coach(phil and chuck)this guy was a head case parties drinking stuff like that

  • @lbj6mj23 dennis rodman is overrated? eh okay... yeah it's true his offense sucked but a guy who averaged close to 17 rebounds a game and stood at barely 6'6". Think of it this way, he averages more boards that Dwight Howard who is almost a half foot taller than him

    how is that overrated again?

  • @lbj6mj23 He could defend 1 through 5 . I would like to see any player to be able to do that now guard jordan magic shaq . he was 6'6

  • @akaurfear

i know but realy nobody could defend jordan lol

  • @lbj6mj23 Thats true but he was a great defender and rebounder and he was only 6'6

  • @fluffynoses Larry Bird... he was underrated too but dennis became a star when he was in the bulls and chris well i cant argue with that

  • @fluffynoses yeah but reggie miller deserves it more than they do and it is so unfair that he didn't get in

  • @fluffynoses How the hell is Rodman overlooked and underrated??? what planet are you from?

  • these videos r definetly gonna inspire the next generation of chris mullens and dennis rodmans

  • who says white cant play basketball!!!!!!!(ps me no white =])

  • the LOU guy sounds like a cyborg.,O.o

  • bring the world of NBA fans to my channel where its not just me who is an NBA fan i have mixes and videos and so do my friends subscribe and enjoy if you are an NBA fan great channels here!

  • Some people work hard to reach their potential. Chris Mullin worked to exceed his.

  • Chirs mullin is the player

  • great player

  • fuck the 90's babies who don't know who chris mullen is

  • @frankie1089 it's not their fault they were born late.

  • He was an underrated clutch shooter, but he deferred too much to his tea aremmates, who were never gunshy (can you hear me, Tim H?) always looking for the best shot (not necessarily his, during crunch time). Imagine if they didn't break up Run TMC and were able to gel with Webber and Seikaly (can u hear me, Nellie?) or were able to trade for Divac during his prime. The possibilities are eye-watering...

  • @pistolpat11569

    so true

  • Did the Warriors trade him too? Damn it have the Warriors ALWAYS been giving away good talent? smh...

  • @paltukmo They got him back though.

  • @paltukmo they traded him after 12 years, when he was 33 and "only" averaged around 10 ppg. So they didn't trade him away in his prime.

  • @HighflyerAction Still... he's a franchise player isn't he not? Have some respect for the guy.

  • @paltukmo I did not disrespect him at all. And many teams trade away their franchise player when he does not average the points he did before.

  • @HighflyerAction I wasn't talking about you. haha A reduced role and maybe one to help along the youngsters would be good for him right? Oh well I guess I'm still a little iffy about the trade rumors circling Monta Ellis.

  • God Damn it, the 80s and 90s were Basketballs prime years. Wish I had watched those eras

  • @GuruEdward hell yeah

  • david stern please bring the nba back. during the fall winter and spring after a long day of work or school that is what people are gonna want to see. people will be so bored. nba is awesome... please bring it back. how are you gonna make more money when no one is gonna wanna hire the guy who killed da nba

  • @GeorgeAmigo If YOU payed attention to the comments and the like bar, you`d realize people are just flaming David Stern cause of the lockout. They`re not in anyway flaming the video.

  • @drowsy123 The like bar says 260 likes 11 dislikes, so thats not it. GeorgeAmigo meant they'd be making these videos if there was a lockout or not.

  • the guy that speaks at the end sounds like DON CORLEONE HAHA

  • I wonder why all left-handed players are shooters....

  • I remember this guy.

  • david stern is an ass

  • well i gotta say that people thinks i'm mad? i ain't mad. cool story bros :p

  • jimmer range

  • nice shirt chris :D

  • damn the 1991 Warriors was stacked! Tim Hardaway, Chris mullen, Mitch Richmond.. then getting latrell sprewell and chris webber... damn 90s ball had stacked teams

  • @funakiexpress Mitch didn't play with Chris or Spewell because he had left the Warriors in 1991.

  • Funny how Tim Hardaway was interviewed then it shows Chris Mullen with the Killer Crossover

  • FUCK YOU DAVID STERN!! I HOPE YOU SEE THIS TOO!

  • @paulo2y what about Miller? O.o

  • @king0228 true.LMAO

  • guy scratching balls at 3:46 lol XD

  • he reminds me so much of bird.

  • @kaopei Why, because he's white and a good shooter? The similarities begin and end there.

  • @jaredtodd1 just his playstyle i guess. especially the play where he steals the ball and makes a behind the back pass.

  • Why would people dislike this video cause of the lockout? This is an amazing video for one of the best shooters in the nba history, come on guys!

  • Stern should Retire !!

  • I hope someone else would be the NBA commissioner...

  • I feel like an old man seeing all the players I liked when I was a little kid in the Hall of Fame.

    And I'm only 21.

  • seriously man, ball ain't about color but about someone's heart for it

  • make jordan retrospective

  • what a great video...and all the comment are about the lockout...fuck the lockout i still love basketball and thank you chris mullin!

  • lockout means Flashback year!!

  • dislike for the lockout

  • If you look closely...

  • The players want so much money. They owners hardly want to give them anything. They are both greedy. But in every interview Stern has, he just acts like he has no hope. Something needs to be done about this. Someone in the player's association and one of the GM's needs to wake up and let their own groups know how greedy they're being. Only then, they can have some common ground. Until that happens, there will be no NBA season.

  • If i had to choose a 2nd greatest, it would be this guy

  • Man the warriors had mad nice players why aint they ever win

  • @MARV2088 Pistons, Celtics, Lakers and Bulls.

  • @MARV2088 i'm not close to being a hardcore warriors fan but the reason they never become perennial title threats is management

    let me list some tribulations:

traded robert parrish, 6th pick in 1980 draft(kevin mchale) for 1st pick in 1980 draft(joe barry carrol)

traded sleepy floyd for ralph sampson

traded mitch ritchmond for billy owens

traded the farm for 1 year of chris webber

mike dunleavy, troy murphy, corey maggette, danny fortson, adonal foyle, the gilbert arenas exception rule

  • nigger guy
