Neighbor dispute or hate crime? New reports detail shooting

I have a hard time believing the 911 caller would be making this up during an emergency phone call while arranging for the victim to be taken to the hospital. It's possible. But without knowing the whole story it's impossible to reach a conclusion as to whether this was just a racial crime or a neighbours' dispute. I'm leaning towards a neighbours' dispute. Like the officers said, just because you use slurs while committing a crime, it doesn't mean the crime is motivated by racism.

Its totally racially motivated words like that say it all. That white guys is at the bottom of the barrel of society and he obviously had clear intentions to kill a Mexican who is problem a US citizen.
