No, check your facts. Its the resonsibilty of the Sullivan County Cemetery Board. They are the ones that should of made Black Beauty repair it.

NO - this is how Black Beauty Coal disrespects a cemetery. In April 2000, Black Beauty had every intention of destroying this cemetery. Most of the damaged headstones and other debris you see is from Black Beauty's logging crew when they drove their equipment directly through the cemetery.
It took a ruling from Sullivan Superior Court June 2000 to prevent Black Beauty from further desecrating the cemetery. This is NOT the fault of Sullivan County but of Black Beauty's GREED. Check your facts.
