I found this video as a recommendation on iTunes (staff recommendation). Dr Najeeb is surely a fount of knowledge on the subject. Sometimes linguistically difficult to understand, he does make something pretty complicated sound simple enough to comprehend and - more importantly - retain. We talk about learning and reflection on learning here in the UK, and having last picked up a text on physiology 20 years ago I felt the video refreshed my basics superbly.
