Thanks for your comments! It has been great for me, too! I feel more concerned about the well-being of others and it feels so good to be in that space. Also, I started playing a game where I"snipe" prayers at people on the train, grocery store, post office etc. If I see someone who looks down or discouraged I "shoot" a positive thought in their direction. LOL!
Derek, this has been a phenomenal challenge so far. And it's just the first five days! I look forward to the remainder of the month and seeing the prayers, thoughts, and best wishes manifested!
