Ah man, Barret's voice was SPOT ON to how I imagined it when I first played, the voice was like set in my head from then on, and this dub was right on target. I bow to the man responsible for that voice! :D

Remember Uktrayf, Cloud is hard-faced and walled up in this stage of the game, his voice is supposed to be like this, his more emotional and sensative side comes out later, it's just a matter of character development.

Wow, the train scene was REALLY good. Barrent's curses didn't seem forced at all. Jessie held it together (although there was a moment it seemed like she was reading; but it was rightly corrected on the following line). You seem to fix her "echo" problem from the 1st and 2nd vid.

Nice job. I wish you would have talked to the bum XD but whatever, huh. I can't wait for Reno and Rude. ^_^

What a great fandub!!! I dont always have time to play rpgs, they demmand a lot of time (leveling, exploring, side quests), so a thing like this its a good way to go and if its dubbed EVEN BETTER!!!

I want to commend you for doing this project.

But I dislike Biggs and Wedge's voice actors. They sound cliche, if you know what I mean. Kinda like standard NPC voices.

And it's really annoying.

Sometimes, the characters are too emotive with their lines.

Sometimes, they don't sound emotional enough.

But, like I said. I commend you for doing this, because you know you'll get different people saying different things about it, and not all of the things will be good things. You're very brave. XD

thanks for sharing this video with me, vgfandub. you know, i'll be honest, i dislike final fantasy vii a lot. despite this though, watching the dub was surprisingly refreshing for me! all the ad libs and added dialogue really freshened things up and kept things active and interesting (especially the in-battle dialogue). all the actors were very good. i'd like to add that enjoyed the fact that aerith sounded normal and not too breathy/over-acted and cloud didn't sound too brooding.
