The reason China doesn't want US - NK war is because they don't want to deal with the refugees. And what are you all basing military strength on? If it is personnel then China is 6th. Russia is by far #1 with ~22 million. But personnel has nothing to do with strength in today's world; USA/Russia/Israel could defeat most countries with unmanned drones.
