yea u can, and yes they can stop u with dust or an aoe stun, like leviatan or magnus' ult.

Also if u have bkb, they can stop u with rexxar's ult or bash/minibash.

no it's not like rupture... with that skill of witchdoctor the more damage you got while on the curse the more damage you will get from it, that's why on the vid he just used maledict and use dagon afterwards which would deal 400 damage plus 250+ more damage while on the effect of the curse, so a dagon is a must have and also linken's and Black king bar to counter any stunner or hexer while you are using Deathward

In 5v5 i first buy a pair of boots and a tango. Then a void stone and a ring of health, and after that a powertreads, soulbooster so then we have a blood stone, and when we got that you can buy a mystic staff and disassemble the blood stone to get a aga or buy a aga from  scratch, and when you have come this far i hope you are near a win becus you'l be imba :)

Well i bet he has lothars for that reason. You can use ulti -> Lothars then you are invis while using it.

In pro matches i recommend BKB though, since people will just buy dust. But Lothars is fun in pubs.

just recently i found out how much maledict owns. really the burst of damage is enough to finish anyone off. and if you get lucky you can get maledict on 3-4 people and get a triple kill w/ aghanims & death ward

I just build at the start..2 nulls...then I get dagon..upgrade it to lvl 3...then Lothars....then..aghanims...or bloodstone...Aghanims is pretty useful in clshes..but when u're 1on1 with someone...mmmm...it doesnt really do good..

My Skill Build for Doc is Mal, Stun Stun, Mal, Male Ulti Male Then Stats til next Ulti, then heal or stun depending on my role on the team. Always get Ulti asap it's what makes the other team fear WD.

These are spells that require the hero to stand still. so if u move the ward "disapears"

start out with brasillus and a few tangos, than get void stone next, u need the manareg. bootz after that and try to do bkb as fast as possible. but it depends on ur enemys, in some games bkb is not needed for the start
