Wait, I'm confused. The only reason I'm watching this video is because I just watched the movie.

In the movie they said Smithsonian institution's air and space museum in Washington DC. And all of a sudden I say "woh! that's the air and space museum in Ohio. I was just there two weeks ago."

Now I go online to read more about it, and find out that the Lockheed SR 71A Blackbird I saw in Ohio is actually in Virginia? something isn't right!?

FOOTSTEPS! how can those ginormous machines on serveral (houndreds) tons, walk around, jump, run etc without leaving marks? thats one negative among countless positives :D

You guys joking? jetfire is a SR-71 blackbird plane in the film, he suits it just right. This plane is not a prototype as it holds the record for top speed mach3 and highest altitude for a plane (nearly outer spac). Yet this plane is from the 60s i think. So it suits him, how such and old thing is still top dog and very advanced. His staff turns into a massive axe aswell and fucks things up!

The SR-71 "Blackbird" is in no way a prototype. It served the US military for years before being retired from service in 1998. It set altitude and speed records that still stand today. One of the greatest espionage aircraft in the world, and one of the most iconic as well. A total of 32 were built, 12 were lost to accidents (mainly upon landing) and none were ever lost to hostile ground or air fire. It flew to 89,069 feet and a speed of 2,193.17 miles per hour.

NOW to clarify, the A-12 was the single seat version and the SR-71 was the twin seater.
