  • Thank you for posting this beautiful video! I rescued my Pinky from the NY ACC last May and she is just the most wonderful princess! She is curled up right near me as I watch this video, These animals are so truly special..I wouldn't trade her for the world!

  • I recommend NYC dogs for a couple of interesting reasons. 1. I adopt seniors. Any dog that's made it through 8 or 10 years in NYC is probably well house-trained (due to predominance of apartments). No toilet training issues. 2. NYC Huskies, at least the two that I've had contact with if they are at all representative, seem to have basic good bloodlines. Both of mine, a male, and now a female, both strays, turned into utterly beautiful Huskies with love, good food, and care.

  • I have adopted (in the last year) 2 Urgent Part2 dogs (through Husky House of NJ). Gorgeous, both have turned into absolute LUXURY dogs - very opulent and rich looking - who would have guessed from their shelter photos!!??

  • @navoscutious Thank you for saving two of our beautiful ACC dogs! The vast majority of them turn into amazing companions. I don't know much about bloodlines, but I rescue/fosters seniors, too, and I wish more people realized how wonderful they are. All my ACC pooches have been between 10 and 14. :)

  • Thank you for this video. I get so worn down with all the sadness and misery videos - realizing that it is a part that has to be communicated, sometimes it seems that it's all rescue people have to say. What a relief so view this 6 minutes of happy tails and good news.

  • great job showing the world we still care !!!!!!!!!!!!
