Ya i ordered my Dell XPS 17 on friday , i gota phone my Dell rep and ask him to change a couple things on it like i noticed bad comments about the 900p screen and the life of the 6 cell battery dose not last long so i am calling him on Monday morning first thing to change thows 2 things , i want the 9 cell battery and the 1080p screen
ordering this beauty tomorrow, how long did it take them to deliver yours? =)
It's strange to see that you have 2X 500Go, the setup i'm about to order is 1x 750Go with no optionnal extra capacity, i guess i'll just have to pop in an extra 1To HDD myself in it when i run out of space

I've been surprised to see a lack of the XPS 17's with the SSD rather than the included 1.5 TB hard drive. I'm hoping to see a big difference with that.
@MacOSXTutorials123 Yeah. The one I bought was 1299 originally.. xD Dell released a "deal" and increased the price of the same one up to 1599.. LOL. Nice "deal" Dell.
@gzmichaelmob that is a good question! Honestly, my overall impressions are that it is very very fast and it rly does a great job at everything ive done, be it animation, media, or gaming. However, it gets dirty kinda easily. Also, if you get annoye by fingerprints, theres a glossy base behind the keyboard (like... Under the keys) that gets fingerprired everytime you touch a key.... Annoying. But ive gotten over that because of the other parts that are just awesome!
