I actually realized that the sound effects in Fighter's History for SNES were stolen from this.

So, in case anyone really played this game when litlle, here are some things that provethat the game is NOT in easy mode.

1st: the damage he does is reduced (when on easy, he deals a LOT more)

2nd: the computer tries to break from stun faster ( ' ' , it takes ' ' ' ' ' ')

3rd: throw fireballs at a small distance is strategy, not noobness.

Thats what I was thinking there is no way you can win spamming fireballs on the highest setting.

@jbriggs06 It's not just spamming fireballs, it's timing them with just when the opponent gets up or when he enters a certain range (i.e. Blanka).
