long distance no need to shout, close quarters, aint talkin out loud, and i gotta know.... I GOTTA KNOW. fuck i want to see them live so bad, i havent listened to a band this much since the beatles.
@talkrite I don't know about that. In fact, I disagree completely. I saw them live last night at Governor's Island in NY and they did brand new material from an as yet unreleased record. They blew the roof off. They just get better and better and grow with each album, which is how it should be.
@muso1945 great to hear! What I was saying is that they had been around a long time before they were known and many would enjoy many of their old songs, like this and others that are not played live or on the radio/internet from their early years.
@talkrite Oh, I agree. but luckily they did a pretty varied set last night and pretty much mixed the old and new. I hope someone puts up You Tubes, especially of the tunes they debuted. Crazy good!
can anyone find tabs for this?

See, this is the indie stigma: People who treat music as a trendy little accessory.
Shame Shame was just as critically acclaimed as Easy Beat was. Dr. Dog hasn't changed much from greatness.

This is a great track...It's got a nice mellow Beatles feel to it.

@JohnsHouseofFun
I agree :) I'm just getting into Dr. Dog. This is one of my favorites.

@JohnsHouseofFun No, it does not have a "mellow" or "Beatles" feel to it—
moogpunk 6 months ago
@moogpunk Yeah, you're definitely right...or not right at all. Yeah, we'll go with "not right"
