@repapips2004 do the program "Insanity" is has most of the conditioning and exercises that Manny does. Probably just follow that diet. Someone told me their power punch power increased just by using that program. But PacMan works hard.. like hard stays in the Gym for 8 hrs. Say you can only do 60 situps do 120 every hour. If you noticed if you try to make PacMan look bad he'll make sure that he'll do it better hahah that's how competitive he is.

hey sir Pacquiao! may i suggest that if your opponent keeps running continuously for a few consecutive rounds, don't chase him anymore. Just stay in the middle of the ring and taunt that running opponent of yours to fight you in the middle. Just like Mayorga does. I still believe Mosley can still pull the trigger as what he did against floyd but simply ran out of gas. But Mosley has been carrying his weigh low during the course of his training and might come light for this fight to match manny's speed.
