Most importantly, "Capture Frames Every..." TIMES "Playback Rate" should sum to 1000, so 100X10, 50X20, 40X25, 25X40, 20X50 or 10X100 should all keep your sync tight. @arcanineaqw Try downloading and using the Lagarith Lossless Codec or XviD (search Google for that). The CamStudio Lossless Codec is definitely not intended for recording high-motion video - it was made for recordings of slide-show presentations and the like. Let me know how this improves matters, and watch coldReactive's video near the end of the playlist for some codec comparisons.
I use the xvid MPEG-4 codec small file, good quality, and no lag. I couldn't get the other codecs to work right for me.

@tbritton33 before seeing this information i tried it on the psx emulator....THE LAG LEVELS WERE OVER 9000....but yeah ill try this
