Their charge speed is close to about 13 miles per hour. So, imagine a stealthy bicycle with teeth coated in a bacteria or toxin that can't be treated coming at you out of nowhere. @Pikaash2009 Komodo's have 57 different types of bacteria in their saliva, if their prey is not killed instantly, the bacteria will finish them off. The Komodo Dragon has a great sense of smell so they can go back to finish their prey off. If a group finds it, they will share it. Hope I helped:)

Some types of bacteria is harmless if your body knows how to defend its self, scavengers are typically immune to such things. But even a turkey vulture will not eat meat that was left to sit long enough for anthrax to appear during decomposition.

no it has a disease carrying bacteria that spreads quickly thoriugh the body of the animal it bites. Then the animal dies and the Dragon eats it. And also the dragons aren't immune to a bite either they just don't get sick by eating the bacteria because the bacteria doesn't probably survive the acid in the stomache.
