This block is actually the Soto Uke Block. This series tends to get some finer details wrong!!!

In Okinawa this is uchi uke. This video is correct.. there's some mixed up in Japanese karate and in Okinawa karate in Uchi qnd Soto uke. (In Oki, soto uke is, to outside, In Jap, soto uke is from outside... Same wth uchi uke) Thnks

Not necessarily. There are no universal naming conventions for techniques, so one style may call a technique by a totally different name from another. Mind you, I agree that they do tend to get many of the details wrong
